have ye root flashed my phone, but e noticed my horn sounds weird when I upload the entire volume (and not any app installed to increase the volume preset by the system) sounds distorted and hardly a sound unlike other such as with the song (sorry) of 22 jumo to street flouresent, sounds bad and almost no different as e said before someone can help me to Reboot the KNOX 0x0, or otherwise no longer have to send more to repair my cell :crying:
Did you, accidentally wet the phone speaker? because it happened to me once... I accidentally put my phone on the wet table and after that, the speaker was like growling and it sounds like a can... I used a blower about 5mins and it's gone.
Knox value cannot be changed.

I dropped my magician when i stepped out of my car.
The problem now it that my sound isn't working anymore. The back speaker as well as the ear speaker are both dead. I disassembled the phone, cleaned all the contacts with alcohol and bend the ear speaker contacts a little bit up, but still nothing. When i connect the headset i can hear sound and make a phonecall.
Another thing is that i hear a high frequenty sound coming from the screen. I only hear it when my ear is near the screen. Never had that before.
Maybe you can help me! I want my baby back working again. So if you have any suggestion i can try..

Since disasembling my phone, cleaning everything and putting it back together not fixed my problem I put the phone on my desk. It just layed there not working. Till this morning... i picked it up again and knowing it is not working but out of frustration I just try again. And to my suprise. It Works again! My sound is back?? How the hell is that possible... I tried shaking the device to see if there was maybe a lose contact. But how hard i shake the damn thing. It keeps working. 8)
Anyway, I'm happy again Only thing left is the strange sound coming from my screen, but I can live with that.
Seems like I have yet another issue with my Wing. Out of nowhere, I mean I wasn't even using it and it took me a little bit to realize it, the speaker stopped working. All of sudden my phone won't make a sound. I can hear when I make a call, but nothing else. No ringtones, alarms, music, anything that comes out of the speaker. Please don't tell me my speaker blew and please tell me there is a solution. Any help is greatly appreciated and thanks in advance.
there is, replace the speaker lol
Maybe the speaker contacts or terminals are not proper. If you know how to dis-mantle your wing, you shall probably fix it yourself. Did you drop your wing by any chance?
I was thinking about taking it apart myself, but didn't want o ruin it any worse than it already is. One thing I do recall before it completely went is that when you sliding the volume up and down, you know how it usually goes "bink"? Well when I had tried to turn it down, it sounded all cracked and distorted. I heard turned my phone off about 10 minutes later so I didn't really pay attention to it.
It's weird. I bought a carbon fiber plastic hard case from this Wireless Tech store and the clerk helped put it on. It seemed to work well and everything and I put it in my pocket. One hour later, I realized I had a few missing calls and texts that I wasn't aware of, and thought I accidentally turned the phone to silent or vibrate. I didn't...It was still on full blast. So then I wondered why the hell it wasn't playing sound. My phone didn't ring, music wouldn't play, etc. Then I thought about taking the case off (which wasn't a walk on the beach) and strangely, sound started coming out again.
The case looks just like every other case you'd find online, it doesn't touch any buttons or get in the way of anything. My only theory is that when I put the case on, it tightens up the phone too much. And I recently had to put on a new LCD, and something might've gone wrong or something.
Just me?
Is the case covering the sound output hole? Could be too tight of the casing causing disconnection of the contacts? Looks like u need another cover..

I'd guess taht too and cut a hole
The speaker on the Tilt/Kaiser simply sits on contacts to make the sound. It is entirely possible those contacts are loose and the case is causing the speaker to not make contact. Take off the back cover and do a bit of checking to see if the contacts are good...
Hi
I had an accident with my terra. It falls in to a barrel of water. but i catched it instantly. so short exposion. i pull out the battery and dried it. Its working fine. but when somebody calls me the rintone iss very gentle. i dont recognize if somebody calls. But message tone and music comes out loud.
Any suggestions? Could a Rom Update help??
Regards
Unfortunately what happened was hardwrare based so trying to troubleshoot you'll need to take your device and find whats wrong internally.
But first you need to extract the water from the encasing. Get plain white rice and place your phone in the rice for at least a half an hour.
Then use compressed air to blow out the speaker. And from experience blow out your keyboard. Even if you think you've got out all the moisture, there'll be some that is still there.
Ok, so I may have caused my problem, and it's not related to radios, etc. As you can see in my signature, I'm sporting the latest stock radio.
I spilled a drink on my kitchen counter this evening, beside my phone. I quickly picked it up to inspect, and, really, the only thing wet was the bumper (thank god I use a bumper). The back was completely dry, the front, almost everything. When I took the bumper off, the only bit of the drink that touched the phone was around the headphone jack. And when I say 'bit', I mean a very small drop of liquid... smaller than would be squeezed out of a normal dropper.
I felt relieved... as if I'd avoided disaster.
Then I received a call. I couldn't hear the person on the other end, so I hung up. They called back. I still couldn't hear them, and went on to state to them that there must be something wrong with their phone.
Needless to say, it was (is) my phone that had the problem.
Here are my symptoms.
1. While using the phone normally (against my ear), I cannot hear the other party, -and- they cannot hear me.
2. While using the speaker, I can hear the other party and they -can- hear me. I guess the microphone magically works while on speaker?
3. Everything works while using Bluetooth as well.
If a small bit of liquid did get into the earphone jack, could this have shorted something out and caused my problem? If so, could it resolve itself over time (surely it's dry by now... it happened a few hours ago.. but if not, when it dries)?
Any advice will be greatly appreciated.
Problems have been resolved. Not sure why. Just started working.
