First I flash google dial with sony in call ui. In contact menu, I can not see contact detail or edit.
Then I flash restore.zip
It remains google dialer and now I can see contact detail and choose to edit it.
I hope you dont mind to add a version with Sony dialer icon instead of google's one

it still gave me same sony incoming call screen and gave me 2 phone icons in the statusbar.

yeah have the same bugs .. since the dialer is in its original form blue i would prefer an updatedt non-theming version .. this would be much much better !

Pls try v2.1. Reworked this version fully. Removed all Sony design, replaced with full Google UI!

On Z3 Compact working smooth. TRy new version, but I made "No Themes support" version. That is based on 1.0, just I added Contacts for Contacts editing fix.
Now in 2.1 the google in call ui works fine. Only bug I found is the circle transition that is a little bit glitched. Apart from that everything seems fine. Really really happy! Sony stock from the beginning is a really good AOSP experience but now with the google dialer it's once step closer. Now we just have to find out how to remap the camera button. Hardware wise and software wise.

In More locale just put in ar (language) and AE(in country)

- Reboot into CWM

Hello all, I saw many custom ROM based on Android 5.0 Lollipop has been released, and some Xperia devices have got it. I know this ROM is very good, but I as Xperia users feel lost some default feature from my Xperia after using the AOSP-based ROM.
So I am trying to port some of xperia app and want to share with you (CM12 users etc).

U can give a try for your own concept of Xperia SystemUI for Lollipop.. Include the launcher from Z3 and other stuff if u can..

U misunderstand, i said ur own concept.. Like just the icons change in the notification bar like how sammy is doing in their lollipop fw's.. And Xperia launcher is already there which worked on AOSP and CM12 for me.. I think u could make a Xperia theme engine for CM12(Like Ambor did).. See what u can do..

I believe Xtrasmooth doesn't support RRO Layers.
RRO Layers is an alternative to Layers, and is actually a lot better for resources as well. Terminus is a popular ROM for RRO, so if you want to try this, give Terminus a swing. There's also a collection of beautiful themes from themers over on Google Plus.

Reason of your FC is probably because Rastapop 5.1 doesn't have RRO yet. It happened to me. Give Terminus a swing. It's on 5.1, and runs perfectly or flash Rastapoo 5.0 and run the theme. [emoji14]

Ah... ok - I thought it would have been implemented by now. I'll try Terminus then. Originally running Euphoria, but battery-life seems worse with this ROM. Stockish ROMs seem to handle the battery life way better somehow...

Thats not completely correct. You also need to download the "tweak.prop" file.
The GoogleAssistantBuildProp.zip file will install the tweak.prop file onto the phone

What's the look and feel of this mod? Have you experienced any crashes? Will I totally loose the Google Now launcher and all my shortcuts and widgets on the home page?

Your google now launcher would remain installed but in order to trigger the assistant for the first time you would need to clear your google app cache which would clear all your custom folders and widgets on home screen

The new Google keyboard is not yet available for arm devices. It is available for arm64 though.
Go to system>apps>3 upper right buttons>show system>Phone>Permissions
Check all Permissions
Next is to go to system>apps>3 upper right buttons>gear icon>phone app and choose phone
