You are my hero
My Tab 4 was completely wiped- all I could do was boot into Odin Mode or some random ass recovery that I installed ignorantly. The entire OS was gone and I have searched for days for a stock rom, or any rom for that matter. Then today, I stumbled across your post. I downloaded in about 3 minutes, installed through recovery - and my tablet is up and running!!!!! You are my hero!

Hmmm, Based on what Samsung has publicly said, any official release will be a 5.0.1 or 5.0.2 release, not a 5.0

This firmware is entered in Saturday's service centers in Russia. Already installed custom firmware based on it - everything is fine! Results in benchmarks even higher than before, and fixes some bugs.

Some advice for a newbie please - A200 needs updating
Hi there folks.
I've decided to use my tablet for more than a paperweight and would like to get it up to a newer version. My Acer Iconia A200 is on version 4.0.3 and is exactly as I got if from the store more than 3 years ago.
I've got Lollipop on my Nexus 5 and would like to go there if possible. But would be happy to just get to KitKat.
I've found the page and instructions for the OmniROM 4.4.2 but thought I should ask for any gotchas or issues before I start my first attempt ever at doing this.
Thanks a bunch
