Your other dialpads like green leaf, do not work on the 3600 text and figures are not on the buttons but a side.

Different rom has different layoout.
Maybe you upload the original phcanrc.dll of 3600. I can tailor make a 3600 version for you.

The bug of email confirmation is fixed! Need email verification to activate account again!

Apologize for my question. I've downloaded and installed the SW and everything was good. But when the P3600 startup again I cannot find the new skin. Can you help me? I have only 3 skinsavailable , Bubble, HTC and Windows......

I am not a professionnal about repairing lg g3 but I have an issue that maybe related to the hardware.
When I install a custom rom the phone does not start is fixed at the initial logo screen (not the LG logo, but the custom rom logo). I waited over 15 minutes to boot but nothing. I tried several times, with identical or other rom, but the same each time.
The installation procedure is correct and i'm sure it's hardware related because i already installed a custom rom long time ago and it worked. This times, I don't know why not.
I already unbrick my lg g3 several times with this guide https://forum.xda-developers.com/sprint-lg-g3/general/guide-fix-hard-brick-recovery-guide-t3132359 and I succeded each time.
Is there anyway to reset my lg g3 motherboard, or unlock the bootloader manually ? Because my lg g3 can only boot on stock rom.

device admin apps showing a different number of active apps

this setting in oneplus 6t shows 2 active apps...but when i click on that option it only shows find my device as the active app.
which is the other application that is running ?
