I have a New LG G2 4.2.2 Jellybean, with the rom D80210b-SEA-XX, i wanna update to 4.4 Kitkat with an european rom, which tutorial follow to make it ?

Hi everyone I have a LG G2 AT&T variant (D800) and I currently have it on cm12 custom rom would it be possible for me to flash it to the official lollipop rom or would it have to be flashed back to the stock kitkat OTA Thanks in advance!

Hi, I'm using unlocked LG G2 D800 AT&T with stock JB 4.2.2 firmware, I'm not using an AT&T SIM, so I'm unable to receive FOTA updates.
I want to install Stock lollipop Or CM 12.1 Or Cloudy G2 ROM. Can someone guide me please. What Lollipop ROM will be better.
My current software version: D80010D
