Please don't make Best ROM threads.
No, your warranty is not void if you unlock the bootloader and root. Not sure about the ROM installation but should be OK.

What build number of Lollipop is it?
Which version of TWRP?
What roms are you trying?
Your post is the equivalent of going to the mechanic and saying my car isn't working, without telling the mechanic what kind of car and where the weird sounds are coming from. lol

The roms you try to flash is based on source code of kitkat stock rom So you must revert to stock kitkat rom first
I cannot post links but if you click my username and then my threads you will see a similar post posted by me. In there you will find resolution steps. Hope that helps.
