Hi, when I'm using my phone during charge the touch is very difficult to use. However, when it's disconnected it works perfect. I'm using LG's original charger. What could be the problem and how can I solve it?

I have encountered an interesting problem on my phone.
I frequently used the USB cable to charge my phone via my laptop.
However about a couple of weeks ago, when I plugged in to charge, the battery drops instead of being charged. I'm using the "Charged only" mode.
I have also tried with different ROMs but the problem persists.
Anybody has encountered such issues on their Legend ?
I have also experienced this and with a bit of have found that it's the usb cable which seems to make the difference. I have bought 2 or 3 cheap cables off what of which only one seemed to charge off a computer. The others display the charging status and data works fine etc bit it doesn't actually charge the battery. The other cable and the htc cable that came with the phone work fine.

I've been using wireless charging at home and work for over a month and love it. But it stopped working a few days ago, and the device no longer detected when placed on a wireless charger. Then it worked sporadically for a day, and now it's dead again. Any suggestions or diagnostics I can run to figure out if it is a hardware or software issue? TIA

I have a cheapo charger and it can act up sometimes. Luckily, it has a LED ... if the light stays on after I remove the phone then I
will need to reset the charger (or it won't charge the phone next time).
I don't think it is the chargers, since the phone started failing on both at the same time and the Nexus 7 still charges fine on the one I have at home. I wonder if there is a software setting to turn wireless charging on/off or something?
I think that the problem may have been static for some reason. I have found that rubbing the back of the phone with a cloth (my shirt) before putting it on the wireless charger gets it to work. This holds true with or without bumper case on the phone, and works for my home and office chargers. Strange.
Hello folks i got a problem whenever i use my oneplus 2 while charging its touch get unresponsive i am unable to use my mobile while charging sometimes it works fine sometimes not.
Anyone of you faced this?
Any hint to fix it..?

Try different ROMs.
If keeps happening, it could be a hardware problem.[emoji106]

Its because of the output of the charger.. You either have a fault in your charger or in your electrical connection. I too had this problem specially when plugged into a socket without proper earthing. Eitherway i guess the problem is not with your phone
Check different adapter and cable. Also check different sockets at you home. If problem persists check charging in your friends place. That will help you figure out the issue. I had similar issue and the problem was in my electric connection in home.
For me it happens sometimes on some cheap chargers, but not all. Never on original, maybe it is faulty in your case.
I think it is something with low cost hardware in charger, maybe not stabilizing it enough so it oscillates.
had this behaviour with one specific charger. also happend to my iphone with the same charger
Stock X727 021S, randomly does not charge. Reboot always fixes the problem. Anybody else having this issue? Is it a software or hardware issue? With Leeco shutting down, I'd rather replace the phone if it's a hardware issue before they close doors.
Are you using the stock charger..?
If the answer is yes, stop using it. There have been numerous reports of burnt ports and cords. Use another charger.
If the answer is no, then try and get a replacement or try another wall plug.
I have the same problem with OEM and 4 other QC3 chargers. I have an S3 that works just fine with the same chargers.
I used my phone until it died. I've never done that before but now all of a sudden since that time it will not charge. Ive tried multible batteries. The phone is working totally the same as before and works fine, but it will not charge. is this common ?has anybody heard of this? Thanks
Most likely your charging port is broken. Have you tried a back cover with wireless charging?
