Overall sound volume is much better than note 3, speaker although is much louder than note 3, I still find it flat with no base. Maybe a good sound mod will make it better.

Hello.
I like to know about differences between various versions of P6800/P6810 models.
In example, I have bought middle east edition of P6800 in France. This model don't have IR blaster, and have only 768MB RAM, with English, French an Arabic languages.
I am interested much about European and Verizon models.

P6800 is the international 3G version.
P6810 is the international wifi only version.
Only the Verizon version has ir blaster.
They all have 1gb ram, some of it is reserved for GPU, thats why you see only 768mb.
here in Egypt we have IR blaster in the 3g version

Photos would be cool, not that I don't believe you but I'm surprised Samsung would release a tab with the same model number but different specs. Maybe there is some other identifying mark to show the difference between the tab he has and the normal P6800 w/o IR emitter.

They got the "pre-production unit´s" - Product Code is "XXXXXXXXXXXX" normaly it is something like "GT6800LSASATO"
And only the "pre-production unit" of GT6800 got the IR port on a GT6800.
A Verizon version I815 with IR port is not a GT6800

My AT&T Note 3 has so much play in the Home button that you could literally move it around with your thumb and it would end up being crooked horizontally in different ways.
It's been driving me nuts today since I noticed. I can have the right side be higher than the left side or lower, that's how shoddy +Samsung Mobile's manufacturing is.
Here, I made a GIF:

Looks like I'm not alone: http://androidforums.com/samsung-ga...key-button-moves-spen-isnt-easy-take-out.html.
Does anyone here have the same problem? If you want to test it on your Note 3, just use your finger or fingernail and try pushing the left side of the button up and the right side down. Then do the reverse. Mine feels like it's almost going to fall off.
Edit: just posted it on AP http://www.androidpolice.com/2013/1...-note-3-home-button-did-anyone-qc-this-thing/
Yep mine too....have to take it back on monday..it will bug me lol...or worse fall off.

I think it's safe to assume every note 3 has it. A new note3 will probably have the same issue unless it was manufactured in a different batch that corrects it, which is unlikely at this point. The reason I asked if this is your first samsung device is because samsung is known not to be really big on quality control in their manufacturing process, as they manufacture millions of devices from TVs to phones to all sorts of other appliances, and having strict QC process would slow their production process (This is just my reasoning anyway). My point is this shouldn't come as a shock to anyone unless this is the first samsung device they acquire. My last two phones were samsung and they both had their share of craftsmanship defects.

You know what they say about assume. The tightness of the new button design is something I'd put on my "positive" list. AT&T white N3 if it matters.

one has 4G (SD800) other only has 3G(exynos) -- Depends what you want out of it tbh.
I need only 2g. But i need good custom rom support, especially cm. For that which one is better and by how much margin. I read that exynos source codes are never released.

This ^^ N9005 has the better support for custom ROMs.. However CM will by the looks of it have decent support on the N900 + the N9005
I had the Note 2 exynos version earlier. I had bad battery life on it after installing cm rom. Can the scenario be different on snapdragon viz a viz the battery life. I think the rom can be well customised only if hardware codes are not restricted.

It is possible yes, but @stanley08 has got crazy battery life on his exynos Note and I myself get very good battery on the Snapdragon model, it is mainly user dependant with battery. - a lot of people have issues on both variants.

I think it's not original samsung device because when any copy phone comes out they change a litter or number from the phone model becasue it's fake and I see here in the picture that the phone model is SM-G900 with octa core CPU but the real one with octa have the name of SM-G900H and I think they fake it and another thing the about device page that you uploaded is tottaly different from mine and mine is original even in the original there are more informations like security software version witch not appears on your pictures and I will attach a shot screen from my about device page to see the difference ... I hope I helped you

Fake. No version of the S5 has A7 cores, and the versions with Qualcomm chips do not have eight cores.
I've never heard of a 'G900'. I had a quick look on sammobile to see if I could find a match for that devices baseband. (N900UBUB)
I couldn't find any though, so that makes me immediately suspicious.
I would be steering clear

Looks fake to me too.
Haven't seen an octa core version cpu s5 and there is no model after the G900 (e.g G900F)
100 percent fake.
There is no 2.5GHz Octa Core Qualcomm CPU paired with an Adreno 330 GPU.
In your country they say:
Quando a esmola é muita o pobre desconfia.
Don't buy that crap if you want a S5.
There's an spanish online shop selling both S5 quad/Octo a bit cheaper (499/520 € + portes) - or a lot cheaper compared with some of the biggest shop's in our country.
I don't know if I can mention here which store is, so if you want to know send a pm.
Fake. You can close thread!

Hi I bought this variant in exchanging my Galaxy S7 flat model. The phone variant is now available in India from 31 of December 2016 in all Samsung stores.
Two main reasons which made me to turn to this model:
1. Storage ( which was less in flat model)
2. The stunning complete black colour in all surfaces and more shining than the normal black onyx.
It has to be prebooked first then only it can be made to purchase.
In India it cost at 56900 rupees.

I am tempted by this. Have a S7 Edge which I picked up in November (was a Note 7 prebooker). Have already run out of space thanks to VR apps. How much of a price reduction can you expect if you trade in the 32GB version and buy the 128GB one?
Also, with the S8 out in a few months, wondering if it even makes sense to buy the 128GB version, especially if you already have the 32GB one. I am pretty sure S8 will be a radical departure and something that may even need you to buy a new VR headset.
Currently, a bit confused about what to do!

My S7 flat was exchanged for just 28000 INR. It was only Samsung showroom who accepted this amount whereas other sellers were highly disappointing me in the exchange value. As I said earlier I was dying out of storage since I use mobile more in both official and personal than my PC. Hence I need storage. Also dual sim support where carriers like Reliance jio are giving VoLTE services.
You can wait for S8 if you need but remember S8 mostly will not support the current VR glass and many changes and more luxury ( costlier than note 7)
