I have 2 n9005 demo version maybe or I don't know what they is 2 have the same serial number after update to 4.4.2 device stay in NULL NULL I do so much of tries nothing's work my friend have the same problem sent to samsung they make downgrade to 4.3 and now the device work fine
is there any way to downgrade to 4.3 I am far from samsung coustomire service ?
You can't downgrade from 4.4 to 4.3 on the n9005.

Try to reflash full stock firmware instead.

Hi, can I use any country firmware on a factory unlocked international version Note 3?
I rooted since last November, with no issues since then, but yesterday I noticed that root access was not working anymore. I'm on JB 4.3 now and maybe I will upgrade to KitKat 4.4, if this is possible, since the phone is for Nigeria and there is no update yet for that country.

I would think so, just have to make sure the baseband is compatible with your provider.
ODIN flash the KKrom of your choice. As stated by hey_joe, just make sure you cn use the basebands with your carrier...

In theory you can but (no matter ignorant people say) if you look around here this forum is full of people that soft-bricked their phones with strange upgrades - most notably updates of Note 3 phones for Hong-Kong and Nordic EU countries using the XEO first KitKat ROM.
Thank you for your replies, I'm trying to do it with the stock firmware, actually I'm on stock right now, I'm OK with stock Rom, whatever I want to change is accomplished thru Xpose Framework.

i downloaded uae version 4.3 from sammobile but while flashing it says MAP PIT FILE
as i dont have pit file for uae 4.3 note 3 firmware

You can't downgrade to 4.3. Don't even try another flash with a 4.3 ROM, you may bork your phone if you haven't done already.

Downgrading the bootloader back to 4.3 will hard brick your phone so dont even try it.Perhaps you can try the GPS fix from playstore
Unless you got a N900 (Exynos) you CANNOT downgrade till some method comes for N9005...

Ive seen at least that nexus lolli roms can be downgraded, and my current rom (lollipop) doesnt have knox at all, so shouldnt i be clear to go? i need to get my baseband down and modem down to use tmobile, and i hate the look of lollipop, and kitkat is merely alright... can anyone help me out?

You can't downgrade if Your Bootloader is updated to Lollipop.
I also wonder whether we can downgrade Note3 from Lollipop to KitKat if our devices have not been rooted. Thanks.
No. You can't downgrade if you've flash official lollipop rom.
Flash bootloader from 4.4.2. Downgrade is no problem.

I was able to successfully downgrade from lollipop, but it was a note 4 unofficial port. I didn't know note 3s were supposed to have lolli. But what I need help is with the fact that I get that SW REV Check error trying to downgrade from 4.4.4 to 4.4.3. Can anyone help with this?

Hello guys,
First sry for my bad englisch, im from germany and my englisch isnt that good
im trying to downgrade my Note 3 (running on N9005XXSGBPL6/DBT/STOCK ANDROID 5.0) to Stock Android 4.4.2.
I have tryed already like any available stock 4.4.2 roms, but Either my device does not start and stucks at the samsung logo and ends up in a boot loop, or it freezes after the first few seconds after the boot.
I dont know what to do, i have tryed to wipe the cache and the data but it still doesnt work.
I also tryed different USB ports and different versions of odin.
I really want to have android 4.4.2 on my note 3 because it runs much better than 5.0, has less errors and uses less ram.
Maybe someone knows a solution for my problem.
I'm not sure about your note 3 but some Samsung phones do not allow downgrading the bootloader from 5.0 to 4.4.2.
Were you able to successfully flash a stock 4.4.2 ROM with Odin?

Yes, i sucessfully flashed 4.4.2 but after i logged into my google account it freezes and i was stuck in a bootloop
Did you confirm that the bootloader and modem are also at 4.4.2?

I think thats the 5.0 bootloader?

Yes, it looks like the phone is still on a 5.0 bootloader. If the ROM and modem are on 4.4.2, this is probably why things are not working well.

I flashed the 4.4.2 rom again and i was able to finish the setup part.
But now its frozen again....
What is the model # in download mode?
I downgraded from stock 5.0 to Omega 4.4.2 no problem. Nothing special, not even a clean install. Everything working great for 2 years now.
