Search. There was a thread about it somewhere in our own forums.

thank you for your insightful reply. the reason I asked was because I am using this forum from my phone and everytime i click the search box it disappears and does not allow me to continue my search.
with that said if there's anyone who has already achieved this and knows the location of the thread, would you be so kind as to spare 30 seconds of your life to post it here. Thanks in advance to anyone who actually has a helpful response.

I wasn't trying to be rude with my comment, just mentioning that the information was available. Searching " google wallet at&t galaxy s4" through Google gave me multiple threads about it and Google also has a way to limit searches to a specific site.

[Q] How do I change provider name on lock screen.

Can anyone give me pointers on what I should use or do to change the name of my phone provider that shows up on the basic lock screen? Sprint for instance? I know certain theme-rs do this. Emotionless Beast is an example of what I'm talking about. Any thoughts?

Gotta love people who use the old "the search button is your friend" line instead of offering help. You would think someone who has been on this site since 2007 such as I would know how to use a search function, would you not? I mean come on man.
Does anyone have any key words they might suggest searching for since everything I have searched for is bringing up nothing. Thanks again (all who are helpful anyway)

Anyone else having issues setupping up Q since today?

Is anyone else having problems with their Q since about mid afternoon today being able to set it up. Either the servers are having issues or Google shut them down since we got it working again.
Any input would be great

I'm also trying to prepare a Nexus Q for CM, and can't enable USB debugging via the smartphone app w/o some kind of Google Nexus Q Web service being unavailable.
I phoned the tech support number described in the Nexus Q help option (1-855-836-3987) and a very polite guy told me that the Nexus Q is unsupported. Maybe receiving phone calls from some other development community members might help to motivate Google to develop a friendly "sendoff" application to make all the orphaned devices to stay functional.

They have something call safestrap for the locked vzw s4. I'm sure it can be ported over to the note if you get in contact with one of the devs working on it.

I reached out to a few developers and haven't heard back. Hopefully, I'll be able to find a dev that will take interest in our device. The biggest reason I want to root is to make all apps multiwindow without having to connect the tablet to the PC to modify APKs.

If you're not interested in discussing the topic at hand, kindly piss off. Otherwise, please, cite your sources on how "using my computer for a few minutes" will root/unlock my note with the latest OTA update.

If all you really want is root access then it might be easier. Have u tried this yet? This is for at&t, there is one for vzw too. It's a risk since it's made for the s4 tho be warned.

How does S2W work?

Hi, I just tried out Touch Control and its amazing. I want to know how does sweep to wake work.
I read the developer saying the digitizer turns off when you lock the screen, so basically how does the phone monitor my touch? Also, will using this for a long term have any effects on my touchscreen? I hope not, because I'm hooked to this.

I've been using it since january-february without any effects/issue on my touchscreen, my phone is almost 1 year old

Is not that no one is interested is that when people want to find out things they generally search them. If you do some searching you will probably find all the answers you need. Also ill effects can only be determined on your end by simply testing out the app.

I've searched enough for this and I couldn't find one thread, one website answering my question. Perhaps you could research too on your behalf, and see if it's at least there after searching, before blabbering like the rest of the idiots here? I don't mind the 150 people who didn't answer, its because they didn't know the answer. But you had to mimic others and say the same things all over again. SEARCH! SEARCH! Yes Sir, I already have, so shut up.
Also, I'm not interested in breaking my touchscreen just "to see the I'll effects". What the **** is wrong in asking a question?

hahahahaha your cute... nothing wrong with asking a question but the same question over and over is like a nagging woman... but its ok my bad do you hope you find your answer or maybe there is no answer to give you since the developer may not want to give out his secrets. Google Wallet tap-to-pay does not work for the Verizon Note 3, even with 4.4.2 installed. You must be on a different carrier, or have a modded version of Google Wallet to allow it. If you would provide a screenshot of Google Wallet tap-to-pay working for you phone and how exactly you were able to enable the feature, you would be a well thanked person on here. I hate to sound rude, but as of yet, the tap-to-pay feature does not work. I've tried every mod I could when I searched Google for tap-to-pay mods. I haven't been able to get anything to work yet.

I read through the article, and it says nothing about tap-to-pay working for our devices. Only that they are discontinuing the functionality for phones not running 4.4+. I have 4.4 running on my phone, and tap-to-pay does not work. Verizon still has it blocked. So if you have it working on your Verizon Note 3, please post a screenshot of your device with the functionality enabled, and also post how you were able to get it working.

It may not be just Verizon blocking it for Note 3, Samsung might also have a hand in it. I have Verizon HTC one M7 running 4.4 and tap to pay is setup and ready to use.
Maybe when official 4.4 for note 3 is released it might be enabled but who knows lol.

Gladyscoleman is trolling us all and failing miserably lol; providing no proof that he has a note 3 with a working google wallet tap to pay as a screen shot.
