We really need touchpad support for this emu
Has anyone been in contact with yongzh concerning this?
If not we really oughta figure out his email adress and make everyone here send a request to him in order to get his attention
Edit: Ok I changed the Titel so people wouldnt falsely get their hopes up.
Aren't most emulators open source? couldn't someone make a version with touch pad support?
You got my hopes up with the title

Yep, and then i read the thread and was very very sad.
This has been discussed here how many times ...?
Err sry for getting your hopes up.
Yes i bet it's been discussed 100s of times. So lets discuss it again. Anyone got youngzh's email adress?
Seriously? Misleading title is misleading.
I hate you.
AARRGAGAG!!
Terrible topic title, I was super stoked for like 2 seconds.
Does this emulator not work with the pad?..
Getting it working is one of the easier things to do.. If someone spends time on it... It's exactly like adding on screen touch buttons

Only if the entire program was coded with the NDK instead of the SDK.

There are technical issues supporting it, meaning I have to change really a great amount of code to make it work.
I have to consider it later.

Samsung is not going to roll multi-window features into these tablets, Its a tease to get you to buy the top of the line devices.
Someone will port it, eventually, just like the S2 vs. the S3 ...
What are the key features of Android 4.1.2 Jelly Bean update
I've seen the details regarding 4.1.2 on Android Rom Update . com. This is what, they say, that France Rom should have these features.
What are the key features of Android 4.1.2 Jelly Bean update
Multi-Window (Multi-View allows users to run two apps splitting on the screen at the same time)
New Gallery App
Notification Panel
Brightness Slider in Notification Panel
Continues Input in Samsung Keyboard
Paper Artist App
Group Cast App
Page Buddy
Smart Rotation
Page Link
http://androidromupdate.com/2012/12...for-samsung-galaxy-tab-2-7-0-gt-p3100-starts/
Kindly tell that if this rom has Multi-Window and Smart Rotation.
Almost rest of the things are present in 4.1.1 which was posted by Greeny.
Good Luck.

Yes, i flashed it with Mobile Odin and works really well.
Html5 rendering is faster and since it has phone apk we can use P3110 to make internet calls.
Seems overall smoother than 4.1.1

Flashed it through Odin. (Mobile Odin sent the Tab into boot loop) flashed recovery and rooted
Well....It's not a Note 2 .....
Thanks Monfro.
So will someone tell us that what are extra features in this rom, if compared to 4.1.1 Hongkong version?

Definitely NOT slower. Probably some maintenance fixes
EDIT: Looks like the official builds are on their server now, and can be found here http://get.aospa.co/official/dragon.
Just wanted to give anyone who's interested a heads up. Looks like the pixel c will be officially supported by PA, they currently have a test build out.
https://plus.google.com/+YamilGhazi/posts/J96qSfq3RBB
After being unable to get GMD gesture control working on the N preview, I decided to give it a try. So far working great, no issues that i've come across so far. I used OpenGapps nano and supersu 2.7.4. If you do give it a try, you should probably post some feedback in that linked post for the dev.
Great !
Thanks for the info !

Short Q - why would be supersu needed with PA anyway? Isn't there root integrated in developer options already?

No, it comes unrooted. Also, as a precaution to make sure it doesn't accidently try to force encrypt the tablet, as I think a lot of their builds do.
Awesome, it took about 6 months, but it looks like the ROMs are finally rolling in!

My biggest reason for not using N right now is GMD gesture controls doesn't work for it, and not sure I want a tablet without gesture control.
Well PA for our Pixel C is very close to stock now... I prefer DU since day 1 - ok, I wish I had some transparency settings like on Temasek but maybe my dreams get real For me not a big deal to switch from DU

Currently there are still some major problems to resolve:
* Headphones are not recognized
* Light- and Proximity sensors don't work
* No data connection when roaming
* Permissive SELinux
Actually I'm not sure whether I can resolve them all by myself
After all I just started fiddling with android last summer so I'd still call myself a bloody beginner...
I will release this project nonetheless as an alpha, hoping that other devs with more experience will join in.

Very likely it will, even though you'll have to modify the installer zip so that it allows installation...
