No isn't good, my device tree are better than this and device tree by yazid has some problem.
We don't have legacy device support in display-caf currently.
(you would have figured this out if you'd done some searching of the source code to find where libqdMetaData is and under what conditions it gets built)
Someone's working on it, but it's not there yet.
Seriously, 90% of problems such as yours can be resolved via:
1) Searching Google
2) Searching through the source and (in this case) reading the makefiles

Mmm as I thought, i try to re-add the support to the frameworks base but as i see it doesn't works.
The support for legacy device is coming soon or will it take more time? ?(if you can answer)
Thanks for all. Great.

Hello guys,
yesterday I started working on a little project, which allows people to create their own boot animations.
The program, for Windows, is called 'Boot Animation Creator by Team M4gkBeatz'.
Basically, it allows you to select from a variety of different settings, and then creates all necessary files and folders, where the user can then input the desired files. The program will then store the zip appropriately and rename it bootanimation.zip (Or any other name, as that matter..)
I consider this program very early, but as it's open source, I'd like it to be available for everyone at any stage.
Inside the source folder, there are some builds, which only do very simple tasks at the moment (Create part-folder and desc.txt file) but in the next few days it should get some decent updates, which will allow it to do everything as planned.
The source code can be found either in my GitHub profile (See my XDA-username) under Beatsleigher/BootAnimationCreator or under http://github.com/beatsleigher/bootanimationcreator.
Once I have a useable build, I'll upload it to SourceForge, along with a link.

Good work! I am thinking of buying this device. Is there any possibility of inline kernel building without kernel source from Xiaomi? Maybe this guide would be useful, kumajaya was able to bring source by importing CAF tag and many commits from related developer-friendly devices (YU).

Did they? I wouldn't bet anything on their promise. Maybe in a year we'll get GPL code, and even after this time, it'll be still incomplete.
Is it a kernel issue to port cm13 instead of cm12.1?

Hi!
No support, no help, no...all that you want. I am not a Team, I AM ALONE!!
It's just the first preview: this is the first boot of cm14 on N7100, lots of crashes/random reboot, lots of bugs.
https://mega.nz/#!dREj1AqS!jGeoXdeDP4qt9ZWl0iRzoe66WFgaSilCtfqTivCgkDk
Only kernel has beeen pushed on my git, i work on all others forlders ATM.
Ivan/Trafalgar others dev. can used my kernel to boot on CM14.
-no sim card
-no status bar fully working

The luck has nothing to do here but many thanks ^^
I have updated my github with my latest changes.
No sim card atm because "stk" is not include in frameworks (overlay).
Status bar works with my second build, but not parameters.
I haven't tried a lot the ROM, i make debug at boot up.
We must wait a little to have a working phone (just a doubt for RIL).
Remember: no support! No help (ATM)
New build for tomorrow.

Build V3 was NOT published because sdcard is not seen (solved in next build) BUT:
-It's a little more stable (little reboot after the first start)
-F2FS used
-BT works
-WIFI doesn't worked ATM
-SIM CARD not seen
-Properties are accessibles
-ALSA kernel drivers must be updated
-i must test/debug anymore, but without wifi it's hard

@bizcuite
Thank You for working on this.
I am not a developer though, but I want to help. The closest thing I have done close to programming is opening an app and replacing some sounds, fonts and colours. You would know better how I would be helpful to you.
I have one more question, why no one is porting note 5 note 7 Roms. It it that difficult or not much people are using Note 2.
@bizcuite do you know tilak sidduram (https://plus.google.com/u/0/108321221872633034471) he is working on cm14 to.

It's just a preview, not for all day uses.
Cyanogen hasn't pushed all theirs codes in N!
To see all changes, looks on cyanogen review website. I have made change into kernel (see my git), and revert back many things to have sdcard working (and it works) next build will have wifi ( i hope ).
I concentrate my effort on hardware compatibility with N ATM.

I understand you feeling but do you best friend
I'm just curious, how is media in this rom? Can browsers run videos? Does it have the same problems as mm currently have?
I know it's a preview but I'm talking here about the MM bugs. Are they in N too?
Thank you very much.
