I occasionally have the same issue with my S4 (i9505). It doesn't happen very often, but after charging it sometimes "locks up". I have to do a full restart by holding in the power button.

I'm thinking of ordering N4 when it comes back in stock.. but as with all androids we often get errors Ans phone freezes on stock builds.. its no secret android isnt as smooth as ios.... so what happens when the phone finally freezes and the screen doesnt respond and we cannot fix it by removing and putting back the battery?
Thanx

lol
Holding the power button will restart the phone no matter what.
Your last phone must be pre ICS.

Sorry if that was asked here before...
Now and then( not every time) my N4 doesn't charge to the end...it usually stops at 77% - and that's after being connected to the charger for over 5-6hours at night...
Anyone else has same problem??
Thanks

same thing happen to me in my samsung galaxy y and the problem is the battery, try to replace your battery
Have finally noticed what is happening..
Phone stops charging few times a second...
Have noticed it when it was making low battery sound when charging from 2%...moving cable around did not help at all so it seem it is not USB socket in the mobile.
Same was happening this morning after I came to the mobile to unplug it from charger...don't have other cable to checkvif it is cable problem...but it doesn't happen all the time...

Just curious if this is just an issue with me or not...it might be the same for 4.2.2 but I have been on AOKP since release so forgive me.
I realize this is a trivial issue, but after upgrading to 4.3 my tablet no longer vibrates when powered off..it shuts down quick, but the screen just turns off...makes MW press the power button to confirm it actually shut off.
Is anyone else's on 4.3 doing this?

Same thing here with Nexus 10 and also Nexus 4 with Jelly Bean 4.3 update today on both devices.
Thought i missed the vibration when shutting down N4 then i tested both N4 and N10 and neither vibrates
anymore when shutting down after the latest update.
So it is not just you duarian.
I am going to miss that feature as i think you and others will as well. :crying:

Mine doesn't vibrate when shutting down since 4.3 update as well. Not rooted/completely stock...
I am completely stock. It still vibrated when I updated to 4.3 but it stopped once I did a factory reset a few days ago
Mine neither vibrate when shutting down since 4.3 update. completely stock.
My nexus 4 has had some curious behaviour over the past few days. Sometimes I take it out of my pocket and the screen is on, and its in an app, or my pie mode has been activated. I noticed that 9/10 times my Bluetooth turns on
. this isn't a big issue but it drains my battery. Help is appreciated. (I'm running PA atm)

I get to 4.4.2 to see if the issue is because my battery, but is charging normaly..
Now I update again to 4.4.4 and the problem is still here
so really I don't understand why happen this .. Any thoughts ?

Currently I do have the same problem. I cannot see any draining apps, it's only that the device charges very very slowly ...

Yeap it s the first thing I do when I switch Roms.. So I will let the ROM settle awhile.. a couple a days, and if the issue remain I go back to 4.4.2

Also having the same problem here. Nexus 7 4.4.4 charging very slow and when I switch back to 4.4.2 the problem dissapears .
I didn't find a final fix for the battery issues.... At least a found out that it charging faster on "safe mode"
