I don't know if this is the right section, but I will just ask. Is there any possibility to use the changing pictures from Flickr that Yahoo Weather uses to make a wallpaper that automatically changes when new pictures are downloaded and/or the weather forecast changes? I pretty enjoy the widget and the app, but I would even more enjoy that was wallpaper.

How can I restore the animated weather on the home screen. I did a extensive search with no results found. when I select Home wallpaper, weather wallpaper, it takes me to My Wallpaper which I don't want. If i was to select one of those wallpapers that wouldn't work either. If the is a cab that would be nice, other wise If anyone could let me have a replacement file to replace the damaged file I could start enjoy the weather at home again thanks.I ADD THE 16 SHORTCUTS TO THE HOME SCREEN. i POSTED THE SAME MESSAGE IN THE TP2 SECTION FIRST BEFORE I CAME HERE. ANY HELP IS GREATLY WELCOMED.
Do you have a weather animation on the clock, just below the numbers, or does it say "my location"?

I've same issue with you. after I switch home wallpaper from weather wallpaper to Animated wallpaper and would like to change back to weather.
I've search several websites, they said about google map location .I try everything that they said but cannot dback to it.

They change only if I choose animated wallpapers. If I choose weather wallpapers, they won't change at all.
Any thoughts?

the weather has to change before a different weather wallpaper is applied!!
If you apply a "weather wallpaper" these are static and not animated - appart from the weather animation.

It doesn't work. The animated ones work, no matter if the weather update or not.
The static ones don't change at all. I have no ideea why.
So you are saying that the weather wallpaper does not animate, like when you unlock the phone or go from the start screen back to the home screen. Have you ever had the weather working (the wallpaper takes the last stored weather data to define the animation to use whether the weather data is currently being updated or not). I'm talking stock ROM without additionally interfaces and apps. Have you installed anything that chan ges the way the phone looks? A hard reset might work.
I really like the style of the new Accuweather Widget on the SG2, however it just doesn't want to update itself as much as I would like it too. I do a bunch of traveling around and I used to use Beautiful Weather Widgets, which updates quite often your location and weather which I found to be very nice. But the Accuweather widget requires you to manually put in your location even though there seems to be a box for use my current location.
Anyway, is anyone having better luck with this new widget to auto update ones location and weather?

how great app I never find
I just received my Telstra SGS2 and love it. But what I really am looking for is a Weather widget like Sense, where I can add multiple cities and flick through them, or click on the widget to open the app.
I also would like an email widget (also like sense) which can look at all the email accounts (2x GMail and 1 Exchange). or at the very least allow me to look at my Exchange email.
I already am using Launcher Pro and have the people, calendar and messages widgets - but I miss the other 2.
Also does anyone know of a stocks widget that is close to the Sense one also - a 4x4 widget shows the stock items without having to open an app?

I use beautiful widget along with beautiful weather I think... that give you sense like clock with weather animations.
you can try fancy widget pro or fancy widgets (actually same)
Thanks for that, I am using Fancy widgets for the weather app now.
But I would still like an email widget - anyone know of one other than Pure Messenger or K9 as I can't get my Exchange to work with these?
A stock one would also be great.
