Does anyone know if it is possible to use the touchscreen to emulate the lightgun on FPSE?
I have been trying to set it up, but so far no luck.
The game i am trying it on is die hard trilogy, the airport section.
Point Blank would be awesome if it supports light gun by way of touch screen and so would time crisis !

Hi
I've just enabled the Daydream function but even though it works in both portrait & lanscape when previewing the various options, when I've actually chosen one and plugged it into my charger, it will only function in portrait mode. Is this a bug on my phone or what?
Thx
**Bump** .....No-one else got this problem then??
After more searching on this, I see I'm not the only one with this problem, and it is in fact, a bit of a bug(ger)....
On my Nexus 7 it rotates in landscape mode too...but not on my S4
I have to start Daydream first and put it into landscape mode before plugging in my power connector...it then works OK.
It's been moaned about on various forums etc since last year....but it still hasn't been rectified!
Hey,
I want to use voice command to control music player when screen is off. In default the screen must be on to be able to do that and it uses much battery.
Any one know how to make it work?
Thanks

With this you got the mic listening when the screen is off...
Less battery drain cause screen is off...
Me is using my galaxy gear for this...
Hope this helped...
Cheers

Hi Guys,
my N4 dropped today and after it I am facing a problem with the area between the status bar and the Middle of the screen:
The area is not responding to any input so it must be broken. The screen itself seems undamaged. I am also having no more sound when doing or receiving calls (mic works). Normally I would change the display but that won't fix the sound problem, does it?
Are there any solutions/ideas you have? Bought the phone 30.08.2013
Kind Regards

Hi,
Whenever I pick up my (Galaxy S8) phone it unlocks the screen - this might seem to be convenient, but actually for me it isn't. This only happens when I'm at a secure location. In other locations I still have to enter my password (although the screen is still unlocked).
I believe it is some kind of setting, but I can't remember how /where to set it. Does anyone know how to turn this off?

It depends which setting you have set. For example smart lock does handle all kinds of unlocks such as, in your trusted place, trusted device and so on. Go to settings and search for smart lock and then you will see what needs to be done there.

Well, I know about smart lock. But that should just "remove" the need to enter a password, not unlock the screen when I pick up the phone.
The setting for "wear detection" (or how it's called) is already disabled. There should be another setting - something specific to samsung.

It sounds very similar to what I now get constantly after the june update, most of the time when I take the phone out of my pocket it activates the screen and tries to scan for irises. It is driving me mad, im taking it out my pocket either to check for notifications or to check the time, if I want to turn the screen on then I WILL TURN THE SCREEN ON! It never did this before the June update. In fact for it to be able to do this, it must be using the proximity sensor and/or the light sensor constantly which wont help battery.
I dont have smart lock on but I do have the "keep screen turned off" when in a dark place under display settings (which I am about to turn off to see if that helps).

Ok, it seems not to be the pickup of the phone itself, but rather the home button. Apparently I always touch the home button when I pick up the phone.
But how do I turn this behavior off?
