Logitech BT Headset and Bonding

Hi
I saw quite a few people mention that they use the Logitech BT Headset. I just bought one and I cant seem to get it to work with the XDA II.
When I go to the "Bonding" tab and click on "New.." it doesnt discover the BT Headset. Can someone with the Logitech headset help me?

Got it working
A few soft resets worked well.

You have to keep the (answer/end call ) button pressed while you are trying to discover it, the LED will flash blue / red while in this mode.

Atom's Bluetooth Functionalities

I have upgraded my ROM to the latest official one, but still I can't make my ITech's PowBOX bluetooth HeadSet to work as Wireless Stereo. It only works as Hands Free. I tried my HeadSet on Nokia and did works as headset flawlessly. I also cannot activate my voice speed dial via bluetooth on my Atom. The bluetooth button just activate redialling last called number. Is there anything I need to configure to make this work? Please help. Thank you.

I use the iTech S35 and STEREO works like a charm with the Atom. I get stereo mp3 and movies. The handsfree works too although the voice dial doesn't cos the long press to activate the voice dial uses the button to turn the iTech on and off so u will end up turning the iTech off.
not heard of the iTech powBOX so dun know how it compares but I assume it should work too.

i think it used to work in older ROM version... could it be the new ROM?

I use Samsung Bluetooth SBH100 as a stereo headset with Atom (latest ROM) - got no problems. Headset's remote control buttons for audio player works too. Short press of Phone button make a redial. 4 sec press should activate voice dail (on 'supported devices'), but make nothing (common problem).

can the SBH100 play radio?

Don't think so as Atom requires the ear piece to be plugin as antenna...

I am using Bluetake Iphono BT stereo headset on Atom. It can listen to the music and act as handsfree for calls seperately but couldn't do both at the same time, the headset will switch off whenever there is incoming call while playing music, i guess there's some problem on switching btw.
Anyone got the same problem??

I'm kind of new here, as I just bought a used atom from that e*** auction site. it works great, except i can't get my bluetooth headset to work as a headphone while listening to podcast, mp3's, etc. using my BT headset to make calls works fine. I have both a Jabra BT130 and BT350 and both have this problem. is it the headset? if so, is there a list somewhere that lists what BT headset is compatible? i really need it to work as I cannot stand using wired headsets since by the time i untangle those wires, I'm out of time already...

the problem comes with the new rom i think.. i had a bluetooth headset that worked perfectly before i uograded to the new Roms released by O2 itself.. i emailed them about the problem but they insist that nothing is wrong with the ROMs they made...

bad sound with headset: spv c500/SBH100

I m so disappointed!
I hone a SPV C500 since 2 years, last week I bought a stereo Bluetooth Headset Samsung SBH 100.
I succeed to connect my bluetooth devices with my phone, it’s working why the voice.
But to play the Mp3 on my headset, I installed Bt AudioToggle, and now I have a very very bad sound on my headset.
Is it possible to upgrade something or do I need to change my mobile ?
Please help me!

Bt AudioToggle is a hack that sends all audio to bluetooth the same thing happen to my HTC wizard when using this but when using the A2DP profile the sound is great. I dont think they have A2DP for WM2003 SE but if you get it to WM5 maybe there is a chance you can get it to work.
Can u post Bt AudioToggle or a link i can seem to find it for smartphone.

i bought a Samsung SBH100 BT headset, works fine with my Asus P535, but on the headset just only volume buttons working FF and play/stop don't do anything. I use CorePlayer (TCMP) on the PDA.
What I do wrong?

Bluetooth Head Set Is Not Working On All Rom's?!

hello guys ..
after flashing so many rom's i have tried to connect my bluetooth headset .. but can't hear the phone calls and the music as well the bluetooth head phones is working on the htc desire official rom and its not working on my samsung galaxy s rooted.. Any Ideas?

I have been using bluetooth first day I had the phone and never had any problem. Well...1 slight problem. The bluetooth will drop the connection sometimes during the day, and I have to manually pair them again when that happens. This is quite irritating though as I usually found out when someone called and I cannot answer using the headset. I take all calls using the headset BTW. I am using the SE DS980 headset.

yeah i did .. well maybe the other bluetooth speakers for phone calls is working .. but my bluetooth speaker can play stereo music maybe thats why its not working .. maybe coz i root the device and i changed the rom.

well if your using the official rom .. then it will work for sure .. coz it was working before i change rom's .. after that its dead.

When you go to the bluetooth settings, click-hold your bluetooth headset until the context menu pop-up, select options. Do you see a tick on the "Phone"?

yeah i see to ticks ... on the phone and on the media all ticks.. i think i the media only is not working .. but the phone calls is ok.

then try another ROM if you used a custom rom

I use a bluetooth stereo headset for when i go jogging, no problems. Is your headset a certified headset? (not samsung certified, but Bluetooth certified) Does it support V2 +? If not then its not compatible as the SGS supports from bluetooth 2 to 3

Pairing Jawbone Icon bluetooth

I have a jawbone icon bluetooth headset and am trying to pair it to the tab but it won't find the device... Anyone have luck pairing a jawbone headset?
I have no problem pairing it with my nexus one...

i have no problem with the Jawbone Icon Hero with the TAB. Works well. Make sure the TAB BT is visible and that the JawBone is in Pairing mode (power on + holding the call/end button)

That is the exact headset that I have, and I have tried it again and making sure BT is visible but no luck I tried pairing my tab to my car's radio and that works fine, but I know my headset works fine since I can connect it to my Nexus one..
Im guessing US Tmo version is somehow different.. Anyone in the US have any luck at pairing a bt headset?

ok here's the case, when using a U.S. MODEL TAB since the phone features were removed they also removed the Headset profile since that profile would only be part of the phone features. So the only profile would be the Head phones profile for media thats why some headsets are detected just because they have that profile, such as my jabra stone does media streaming so its detected but my plantronics 975 doesn't.
So the way around it is to flash the euro rom since the euro tab does have the headset profile and i tested it and it works great. Unless someone can hack the bluetooth module in the u.s. roms the only alternative at the momment is to flash the euro rom.
