Hey all, I recently installed Xposed on my g2 and did a reboot after activating some modules. Stuck at bootlogo and my recovery is not working properly. I have Philz Touch recovery installed on it and when i boot to recovery it shows a black screen, yet it seems to be working. I just cant see where im tapping. The device still vibrates if i touch a part of the screen.
Ive tried adb'ing to it and i can see the device, yet its offline. All i need to do is re-install a recovery, but without adb im at a loss.
Any help is much appreciated

Hi
i have installed cyanogenmod CM12, a few months ago , and it was fantastic, however i installed CM12.1 today, and it caused a few apps to not work, so i downloaded google-apps.zip, to install, but when i went to recovery mode, it wouldn't load, it goes to boot into recovery but just goes to a blank screen.
does anybody have any ideas as to what has caused it?
All my beloved XDA memebers, I need your help badly.
I screwed up. I'm on TruePureX 6.0 but updated Super SU through TWRP (Popped up a message; I learned later the mistake I made).
1. The phone got stuck at Android boot screen and won't start.
2. I then researched to find out I could flash this SuperSU 2.62 version to get the phone started but nothing happend .
3. I then researched to find out I should fash a clean version of TruePurXMM as SuperSU 2.62 was not working for me. I used this thread
4. But this thread said TWRP 3.0 is minimum so I flashed that from my TWRP 2.8.7
5. I can no longer boot into the TWRP recovery mode as I'm getting fail to start up error on the recovery , Error: Failed to start the kernel
6. I'm not able to connect the phone to PC as the phone is not going in recovery mode and its not going passed the android screen due to super SU upgrade.
I'd immensely appreciate your help as I love my moto X and XDA tweaks, tips.

It sounds like you flashed the recovery to the boot partition instead of recovery. I would suggest flashing back to stock with fastboot, if you can get there.
Im in the same situation. was on my phone, it started freezing. i power cycled the phone and plugged it in. phone stuck on boot animation for several minutes until i powered it down and tried to go to recovery to wipe caches. however the phone stayed on the recovery boot image as well. finally got the phone to boot past the boot animation but was just on a black screen for several minutes. i need serious help. im already downloading the revert back to stock files just in case...please help!
thank you!
hey guys!
I tried to root my Tab 4 and failed... got stuck on a screen saying that a system upgrade got an issue. Then I downloaded the TWRP Recovery Data and booted this on my device. Now I'm outta the last screen but can't exit TWRP. Neither can I enter my System, I'm stuck. Trying to hard reset is also not an option and even odin doesn't even recognices it even more... Please somebody help me!
So, I wanted to root my device using magisk but i failed and tried to install TWRP. After installing it, I restarted my device and tried to get into TWRP only to get stuck in the logo screen. All I can do is restart the device, I can't get into download mode and stuff like that, nothing works at all.
I left the tablet overnight and it is still stuck on the logo screen, any help?
EDIT: I have managed to break out of the boot loop by following petapen's instructions inhttps://forum.xda-developers.com/galaxy-tab-a/how-to/galaxy-tab-sm-t510-stuck-twrp-3-3-1-0-t4075359! Problem solved!
So I was installing twrp and everything went right until it didnt boot to the recovery and from then it keeps booting to lg logo and bootloader warning forever.
I know I can install the stock rom with lg up by I cannot enter download mode since the phone isnt technically turned off. Does anyoene have a solution.
It's my main phone and I literally cannot afford a phone right now.
A way to turn it off would be the solution. Battery was around 70% so it will take a long time to actually have 0%.
Update: I got to the fasboot menu from where I can run fastboot reboot recovery after installing twrp again. Now I have some mounting issues and I cannot flash any zip without entering bootloop. Im trying to use the shut down menu of twrp to try to enter download mode.
2nd Update: solved using lg up with the latest android version.
