Hi guys my LG P700 have (or had ) ) CWM recovery mode + cyanogenmod 4.3.1. When i waked up in this morning, found my phone off. Guessed is out of battery, i plugged in and boot up and it stucks at CyanogenMod logo.. trying to boot in recovery mode but then stucks at LG logo.. have no ****ing idea what to do..
Any suggestions?
have exactly the same issue....out of phone since yesterday...hope sb has a creative idea!

found a solution that might work :
flash a new base rom
download kdz and open it
switch off your phone and remove battery/sim/microsd press vol- (or both vol button) and connect your phone to the pc throught the usb(if not find the phone continue pressing the volume while connecting the usb)
in kdz set type: 3gqct and phone mode: DIAG, if not find the phone try EMERGENCY or CS_EMERGENCY and select the firmware.kdz

Yep, i tryed it, but firstly doesnt work, got same problem. Then i installed LG Mobile Support tool and flashed the original recovery from there (search with IMEI code), after that, flashed again kdz got from the same site you posted, again got the same issue, then i started it in hard reset mode, then worked..

Hi, I just bought an LG G2 D802 20B Model a couple days ago, yesterday I wanted to downgrade to 4.2.2 and I ended up bricking the phone.
The phone is non rooted, doesn't have any custom recovery, and not recognized by adb even though i installed all the drivers ( koush drivers, PdaNet, Lg drivers ...)
At first I flashed with .kdz file and it ended in bootloop, I tried to factory reset but it doesnt have any effects with the stock recovery it only shows the green android bot and blue progress bar and then restart in 3 seconds and reboots to lg logo and start looping.. After a restart the download mode didn't work anymore it showed me fastboot error, I searched for the tutorial that actually worked and I flashed with .tot method but there is still bootloop and the download mode is stuck at the image attached. The phone is not recognized by neither windows or ubuntu therefore I can't use adb to fix the partitions.
Can any body provide me with a solution? The phone is still new and it will be a shame if its transformed to a brick in 3 days :crying:

Actually the picture attached is stuck and it doesnt change , and the pc can't recognize the phone so I cant flash it with another firmware

Thanks for your reply, however the phone is not recognized on windows neither on ubuntu therefore this tutorial can't help ...
I am in the exact same situation.
Mine is a D802 32GB Hong Kong model. I stupidly ran AutoRec which soft-bricked my phone. Managed to get Download Mode working, then flashed 20C and 20B which bootlooped. Then I attempted to flash 10B, which got me into this exact state:
Download Mode not working (only shows "Download Mode", does not go to firmware recovery screen, not detected in Win/Linux)
Factory reset (Power + Vol Down) can go to factory reset screen, after factory reset, still bootloop.
Once in a while, I also get the Android icon which then disappears after a few seconds and goes to LG logo again.
If I plug the phone in and do a factory reset, Windows detects the LGE AndroidNet modem, and Linux will detect cdc_acm USB Abstract Control Model driver. Flash Tool and LG Mobile Support seems to detect the phone and attempt to flash, but the phone restarts after a short while.
I have no idea what else to do
i have d802 last night i flash custom rom now phone hang on lg logo only download mode volume up and insert cable when i flash with lg flash tool with d802 firmware its show error cross dl d800 to d802 swversion i use this dll but still same LGUP_8974.dll error plz help if u
May I ask what ROM did you flash? Also you could've gone to recovery mode by holding volume down+pwr button, then you press power button again and the recovery would load.

Hi i have an lg g2 f320l corean version thet is stock on lg screen when I enter download mode it stai whit the download mode logo first screen when you enter download mode the problem is system partition get corrupted somehow . i have factory recovery from android 4.2.2 when i pres volum + and power it is going in som cinde off service with adb suport when i type adb reboot recovery it enters recovery buth iti only the green android with red triangle
I have similar problem .. F320L freeze ..I reflash and try all stock firmware .also lollipop ..I cant boot to recovery .only download mode ..but always see LG LOGO ..when in download mode ..is it hardware problem ?

If u have download mode flash tot if it give file with this messages (fota partition was changed) that mean u have franken phone open back cover then search for your motherboard model then flash with it .if u do not have download mode Google this :lg g2 unbrickable now XDA, note:to enter bootleador there is tow mothed first press vol down plus power when see lg love release vol down then press it again ,the socend one press power plus vol down when see lg logo release tow bottom and press vol up plus volume down

Another note if your phone when u bay it was with d802 20b KitKat then your g2 is 99% not d802 and must to open cover and search for mm models do not afraid it is so close to impossible to kill lg g2

This happens to me when i flashed a wrong twrp recovery for lg g2 d801 and it was stuck in critical error i was also unable to access download mode ..
But my Good luck was that i recovered it by doing silly thing ?
So i do following things. But make sure u know the corrert version of your lg g2 to flash kdz file with lg flash tool and also must have lg drivers intalled.
Steps to perform.
1. While in critical error screen you have an option to press volume up button to boot into download mode( although it will not boot to download mode) but still press volume up button so your Pc can detect your phone.
2. Now flash a kdz file of your lg g2 with flash tool. ( you can google for it to download flash file for your lg g2 and how to flash it with lg flass tool.)
3. When you will try to flash it will fail..
4. Now power off your phone by pressing power button.
5. Now boot to download mode and flash the correct kdz with lg flash tool and u r good to go..
To acess download mode power off your phone immediately press volume up button and while keep pressing it and plug in usb cable and you will be in download mode

I have the same problem , but in critical mode if i press the volume up button my phone is not detected in pc
i don't know what to do now, i was on F302S stock rom, tried to flash CWM-Unofficial-SEMI-TOUCH-6.0.4.4(F320S)
and the recovery got installed and then i reboot to see demigod crash screen,
now :
these are the places i'm able to go
- recovery page
- demigod crash page
- press [vol up] + [pwr] + [vol down] then some unknown menu comes up

I hard bricked my phone, the one where you connect to the PC 15 or so drives open up (no download mode, no recovery and no fastboot) and then managed to fix it (VIA SRK Tool which flashed a stock recovery instead of a custom one) and got download mode back.
KDZ Method isn't working, it keeps saying I need to restart my device 2%.
So is there any way of flashing the TWRP recovery through the download mode or at the very least any way to extract my data (only a few folders) through the download mode?
I don't know why but no one seems to notice this thread

(I have a D801, I can get to download mode, factory reset screen and LG logo which then leads to the "Security error" coz there is no firmware in the phone.)
