GPS voice go out bluetooth - AT&T Samsung Galaxy S 4 Q&A, Help & Troubleshootin

I am looking to get a car radio with bluetooth and was wondering if anyone knew if the voice from the gps would stream through the phone connected to a bluetooth radio.
Might sound like a strange question but I have bad hearing and with the road noise it's hard to hear the gps.

Pardon me for asking is it a stock radio or one you put in. I have to put one in the car I am getting and need to do this on a budget

Well my Chevy Sonic doesn't pick up gps voice through bluetooth from my S4. I use the aux input to get the sound. No big deal just another wire.

The sound quality is amazing in comparison to playing it through Bluetooth or headphone jack.
You are also able to make calls while the music is playing!
Also it charges your phone obviously.
