CM 11latest nightly - unfortunately camera has stopped working. - G2 Q&A, Help & Troubleshooting

Camera isn't working. What could be the issue? Deleted caches already..

You said it yourself, "latest nightly", flash previous nightly or wait if next one has it fixed.

I flashed the cutom kernel by wootever, which causes fc for camera quite frequently and I forgot to do a backup before I flashed the kernel.

If you're switching from something other than Omni - you need to factory reset.
If you're updating from an older Omni build with gapps installed - flash Omni and you don't need to do anything else. gapps will automatically be backed up
i updated it n everything's fine... but one problem, the playstore app is missing so I downloaded it n installed but it KEOS force closing n says google services has stopped

Cannot reproduce.
I9100 has a small system partition so you need to use "mini" gapps

Some apps break, and because some things break with ART, any bug reports you file in Omni's bugtracker (JIRA) will be closed as invalid. (well, currently closed as RTFM, we need to add an "invalid" category.)

Got it:
Wipe data/factory reset then wipe cache partition. Wipe dalvik cache then flash the newest nightly.
