Working THD Games Chainfire3D Config on Froyo XXKB3

As the name implies, I got a fully working Tegra games which once before have DXT error(backbreaker), missing graphics(riptide) on stock froyo now fully playable with no missing graphics whatsoever on my I9003XXKB3 FW! Completely smooth.
Backbreaker THD: No DXT error. Players are not just black missing graphics anymore, they are fully textured.
Riptide THD: Same here, no missing textures. Truly perfect.
Some of you might think why didn't I just use Gingerbread FW to sort out this issues?
Well, because on Gingerbread FW I can't use any PS1 emu. (fpse & psx4droid)
So to me this is a good combination and a win-win situation.
Before that, sorry for my poor English. I'm a Sarawakian, but that's not an excuse.
These are the workaround working Games;
Riptide THD & Backbreaker THD (with luck you might be able to play all those unplayable games if you use this guide)
Guide;
1: Download and install Chainfire3D Pro v2.8 (if you have any old ver. of Chainfire3D then you must uninstall CF3D driver on Chainfire3D setting, reboot, uninstall the old ver. of Chainfire3D and Install V2.8 )
2: Check BETA EGL driver and install CF3D driver, reboot.
3: Install NVIDIA plugin, set NVIDIA plugin as default. (don't try change anything)
4: If you already installed Riptide and Backbreker, clear data and uninstall.
5: Install those 2 games again and you should not have any probs with those games.

PS: If the old problems resurfaces again you'll have to do all of those steps again. Do not fix permission as mine give both of my games their old symptoms. (DXT error & missing graphics) As soon as you have a working config, backup it.

yes there is but one has to search quite a bit.....anyways we have so many double threads another one wouldnt make a difference

Q & A - Repencis

These are questions that have the ROM Repencis V3.5 Advanced:
- This utility for applications that are installed in internal memory(Applications-Preferred Location), but even though I changed some apps are still installed in the FAT32 partition of the SD. That is because??
- Also this utility to remove startup applications(Startup Manager), I ask that apps can be removed from boot without sacrificing performance or taking risks with operating the device?
- How to added animations to status bar?
- I download lock screen using mylocker.apk but the size thereof having 240x320 exceeded display of our device, it has correction??
- To increase the framerate and increase the benchmarking score, says in Q & A:
"hight score banchmarking plugin .. just dont instal instal than Chainfire only reduces check setting on default opengl texture"
According to this should not install the Driver CF3D?? and only reduces texture on default opengl ??
- finally (for now), fix the theme Repencis 3.5 Theme (Transparent Tabs / background), I flashed 2 times and have always gotten a bootloop and closing forzed errors. The report in the thread but no one has reviewed.
- The icon file is not available in Q & A to post 2, please check.

1) If you chose the install location as internal, apps which are meant to be installed in internal only will be installed in internal memory and other apps such as games will be installed in sd card. This feature has been a bit buggy, you should manually move files with apps such as app2sd(App in play, search for it, Not a2sd darktremor) etc.
2) Apps which need to run at boot should not be removed from boot eg. launchers, widgets, apps like setcpu,link2sd ,background running processes. Apps such as games, apps which dont always run in background can be removed from startup
3) Im afraid you have to edit framework-res.apk for that, its a complicated process.
4) It will be auto adjusted to our screens size.
5) You should install CF3D driver for more benchmarking (3d graphics)
6) Did you flash the update 2 after flashing update 1? Use only CWM for flashing. Many people reported it to be working fine after flashing update 2.
7) What icon file? in xda mobile app? You need to unsubscribe and subscribe the galaxy y forums to display it.

How to improve your game performance

I found something that has greatly improved my game performance that I thought I'd share with y'all. I have tried a lot of scripts over a lot of devices, and this one really make a difference, in both benchmarks and games and everyday uses. I did not make this and will not benefit from you using it, I just want to help people out who would like better performance. I have tried this on a couple of sense roms with the elemental x kernel. I have not tested on gpe or aosp. Make sure you have your rom set up and have booted into it at least once with your choice of kernel. Do not install a custom kernel after this or it will override some of the settings. It does break root, so you will need to flash superuser or super su from recovery after you have flashed this and booted your phone. Has anyone tried it?

UI performance, apps loading time and overall responsiveness are amazing, but games lag a lot
EDIT: Use only these 4 scripts (extract from zip, put into init.d, set permissions)

For entropy use Entropy Fixer free app (my settings: read 1024, write 2048)

That's funny, game lag went down with me significantly, everything else improved for me also. He used crossbreeder for entropy in his script, I'll give you suggestions a try also though.

I just flash the zip or what ? + use which one crossbreeder or normal one ?

Flash the latest zip, it's 3. Something I believe. Is the first one you come across, not the one that says crossbreeder. Wipe cache and dalvik, make sure you have the kernel you want installed, mount system and data, then flash comadose. Reboot, let it settle, go back into recovery, flash the latest super su zip, reboot, done.

Honestly... I dont play a lot on my HTC One, but Ive never experienced any laggs issues. I find this phone the most powerful device Ive ever had.

Play the new gangstar Vegas and rio games, turn graphics so the way up on GTA San Andreas, some drifting games, you'll see. I agree, it if the fastest I've owned but now there are faster and software is evolving to stay with the new hardware.

[Help] Problem installing Tex plugin in GLTools

Hey folks,
I'm trying to run some games using GLTools... But everything goes FC i saw a thread that says GLTools requires CF3D's Plugins to run
I've tried every method i've seen but i can't see the Tex Plugin everytime i re-install GLTools it just shows Default/None...
I desperately wanted to use this tool if you can give me a clear guide with the exact version of the GLTools i need i will means alot to me

Can't play certain games, not sure why

I have a fire HD 8 and for example, I can't play mario kart or DQ Dai: A Hero’s Bonds https://play.google.com/store/apps/...nix.android_googleplay.dqdaihb&hl=en_US&gl=US
I can't tell if it's a hardware issue or I'm missing software to run these games. I even tried getting the apk and installing but it won't even install, it just gives an error and stop installing.
I modded the tablet first with fire toolbox before testing the games so I have no idea if it runs on stock

This game requires a 64-bit version of Android 7.0 and your Fire tablet is running a 32-bit version of Android.

oooo wow thanks. Is there a way to install to 64-bit or a workaround to get 64-bit apps installed on this tablet?
