Korean Note 3 (olleh) - Verizon Galaxy Note 3 Q&A, Help & Troubleshooting

I am currently stationed here in South Korea and have a Samsung Galaxy Note 3 (Korean on the Olleh Network). My issue is, half of it is in Korean and there's a lot of apps running in the background that I have no clue what they're meant for...
Is there a root that's compatible with my phone?

Yes.
Just root it with any kind of root compatible for Note 3 (Qualcomm). If you have MI~MJ3 software you possibly can root it without tripping KNOX and loosing warranty. I've just rooted my SK Note 3 with CF-autoroot and tripped KNOX, but it's not a kind of problem for me.

[Q] Help with AT&T Note 3 (4.4.2) (N900A)

I have a AT&T Galaxy Note 3 that I just upgraded to KitKat 4.4.2 today. The Model Number is: SAMSUNG-SM-N900A. The Build Number is: KOT49H.N900AUCUCNC2.
I was just wondering a) If root was possible, I don't really care about tripping knox. b) If not possible how long will it be approx. until it is possible?
Thanks in advance!

Wrong forum. You might want to ask this at the ATT Note 3 forum. This is for the international variant.

How to Install international stock rom on korean Samsung Note 4

I have samsung note 4 N910K. Can I install international stock rom on it?
Nope, as the Korean version of the Note 4 is spefically designed to be used in Korean not internationally. So there is no international firmware for it.

It doesn't seem that the person who created that video actually flashed the international firmware onto his Korean Note 4. As it would have taken much longer for it to install on their device. Trust me I've done it before and the way that person did is definitely not the way you install stock Samsung firmware onto a device. It seems he installed custom firmware that mimics the feel of stock Samsung firmware. Plus the N910K has LTE-A capabilities, which the N910C doesn't. So installing the firmware of the N910C on the N910K might actually damage the LTE-A modem.
