The top 1/3 to 1/2 of the screen does not work anymore. The area above the cracks.
I was able to rotate the screen enough to do a TB and naneroid backup.
What parts do I need and how much should I pay for said parts?
Nexus 7 (not 2013) 8gig wifi.

You'll need to buy Glass+Digitizer and tools (few ebay china sellers give tools for free).
Will cost around 65$. I have replaced mine with help of a youtube video.

I believe your frame isnt cracked. If its cracked you have to get that too.

The silver lining at the border is the frame. Just make sure its not cracked. Mine was cracked but a little. Will post the image once i reach home.

Generally you wont find any diamond cover in the market. But i can get you one with the above mentioned price tag.
Nobody is posting their covers because we all have the black version. Thats right, you are the best. I deeply admire you and hope you win a Nobel peace or particle physics prize.

^Well I am from India, and when I inquired about a few months back, it was priced at 1500 INR.
Replacing the screen wont reduce the sensitivity, right?
assuming the actual lcd panel isn't broken you can easily and cheaply change the digitizer.
search ebay for "galaxy 3 screen digitizer" you can get one for 20$ or more
also there is a video tutorial about this on youtube named "How to replace Samsung i5800 Screen"

No it won t. They will put a new good screen hopefully so sensitivity should increase.

The LCD panel is working fine, even with those cracks its sensitivity hasn't reduced at all.

Try dropping it down again from a few stairs to a concrete floor and may be you wont be this lucky

Yay! More (free?) cases that fall apart after two weeks! Paid $45 for mine on eBay. It's great but the edge of the flip is coming apart already.
If they are free, go nuts. If you have to buy one, run in the opposite direction.

There are some flip cover knock offs for the galaxy note being sold in ebay so beware. The original flip cover replaces the back cover of the note while the knock offs are just placed over the back covers. I've had mine for about a month, but have yet to see leather peeling off.

Mine was 100% authentic, back plate and "not for resell" sticker and all. Made in Korea, etc.
It's junk and I'm not the first to have it falling apart this soon either...

I just bought one of these from another location and unfortunately the iPhone 5 nano sim is still to small for the smallest adapter. Anyone know of a fix or work arounds?
Hmm weird. All 5 of ours work perfectly. A few of us use the micro adapter to use with a 4S and S3 and a few use the mini adapter to use a dummy phone while playing sports.

That is weird, when I put my nano sim from my Verizon iPhone 5 it is smaller than the opening on the Noosy adapter and I can move the sim around in a circle

Lol yes. The software keeps track of each individual pixels working status and if ones dead it will not show in output. Just like if you have your laptop plugged into a projector and smash the screen in the projector will display the same damage.

oh and just so you know here in NZ stock is low but you can still get them easily enough. It's officially stocked by one of our carriers (not modified). The shop I got mine from had 5 in stock.
My 16gb Nexus 4 was all ok until a vertical line of dead pixels appeared few days back. It is only visible on White/Blue background...looks like the pixels are unable to generate Blue.
Will get it RMA'd.
