I rooted my GS4 using the method you listed and successfully rooted the phone. I then downloaded an app called NoBloat from Google Play and I had removed all the AT&T programs on my phone I rebooted and now it only goes as far as the AT&T logo and the screen stays lit. I can still hear my notification ringers but screen is frozen on the AT&T logo...

I rooted the phone before the ota update. I rebooted and where the Galaxy S4 used to be is now replaced with samsung, custom with a unlocked lock on the screen. I watched qbkings video and when he rebooted, his screen wasnt the same, can anybody tell me what has happened? I also installed the OTA update with root, would that be a problem?
There is no problem. That custom unlock screen just means that you rooted you device. Its not an issue at all. You can download supersu from the play store and update the binary then uninstall the superuser app to get rid of it. You might need to reboot twice.

Terribly sorry if this has been addressed before. Searched for the topic and didn't find anything.
My issue is as follows:
I rooted my phone today. That worked without a hitch.
I then installed an app called NoBloat.
After uninstalling some bloaty Bell apps, my home screen disappeared after some app crashes. the top notification bar flashes on and off, and even after factory reset, the result is the same. Would flashing the stock ROM fix this issue?
Yes. But I dont recommend u install this app NOBLOAT anymore. Is better take a look what u want delete: HERE
When i open SuperSU up, the screen goes black, but i can still go back to my home screen form there. When i go into the other root apps it says "waiting for root permission" for all of them. I haven't rebooted yet because i'm scared something will mess up and i might get stuck into bootloader.
Help?
I've noticed this when i went to turn Pry-Fi off. It said "waiting for root permission" for a long time. I went into the SuperSU app to find out it wasnt opening properly.

It's probably cause by the root.
So this is my first root i ever did and i rooted my old galaxy s7 from verizon and i used this thread for the guidlines https://forum.xda-developers.com/verizon-s7-edge/how-to/root-s7-s7edge-oreo-nougat-t3819616 and it was successful. I restarted the phone a could times and had no issue so i proceed to download titanium backup and removed the vzw navigator, the voicemail, the verzion text message app, nfl app, amazon, breifing. I restarted the phone again and now its stuck on the verizon logo screen and hasn't moved since, i wiped the cache, restarted it, tried to boot into safe mode nothing. Can someone help get out this screen and possible help me root my device again to remove the verizon apps please
