Is there a risk of bricking my G2 while installing this? Has everyone that has installed this already had a 100% success rate?
I don't you can brick your device with these mods. Some will not even work because they are not compatible with our phones. I haven't had any issue using xposed. I use the advance menu module, boot manager, app settings and expanded touchscreen because I like aosp look with dash clock.

Installed with no issue!

I also installed with no issues and tried a few modules with success. Do a TWRP backup before to be safe.

It works as advertised. Honestly I wish I could keep the constant sift keys and just shrink them down a little.

Where is this option ?
Sent from my LG-D800 using xda app-developers app
I tried this app out and didn't like that I had to have the recent apps button so I uninstalled it. Now my status bar is stuck at 50% transparency. Any fix other than build prop?

So this app replaces the menu button with a recent apps button?
I mentioned this in my root thread, when someone asked what I used to hide my soft keys lol. LMT is also another alternative.

I used option 2. The I've with the nexus 4. I have restored the lmt backup with titanium backup for the last 2 phones I've owned and I haven't had to switch it off of that option.

The screen is 1080p, so theoretically, any of the 1080p versions in this thread should work:
http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2511282
I'm running XDA-Origins on my G2. The back button isn't really visible on one of the screens, I just fished around in the bottom left corner until it went backwards on the menu.
check out holofied theme.. you can download the 1080p version from htc one forums

Nice and simple themes. I'm using holofied play at the moment.

Dont worry i cant either. Followed directions correctly. Reboot. No changes whatsoever!!
Haha, I couldn't at first, but if you created a theme folder, delete it, just keep the zip the original name not ui, go into recovery and flash, that is how i got mine to working, you might have to press advance then reload theme once.
I have a verizon LG G2 that I'm currently using on T-Mobile. I was wondering if I could flash a stock rooted T-Mobile rom. I'd like to get rid of the roaming indicator and the sim icon in the status bar. I already am using my phone on T-Mobile. Just want to see if I can flash a stock rooted T-Mobile rom.

What he said. Never flash anything that is not specific to your device. In the case of the G2 all carries have a different model.

Is there a way to get rid of the sim with a question mark icon and remove the roaming indicator then?

For some reason I can't upload a screenshot so here's an imgur link: http://imgur.com/jz4GCtn If you're not using your device on a gsm carrier you wouldn't see them.

Also my phone isn't being used on Verizon. I'm using it on T-Mobile

I flashed D802 roms and ATT roms on my phone, just flash your perspective kernel afterward. that being said, I own a Tmobile G2 so GSM to GSM may be ok. I dont know about CDMA.
I'd prefer to stay on the stock Verizon Rom. I just need to remove those icons.

try turning airplane mode off and on a few times for the roaming. Are you going to be stock rooted, or non root?

It says I'm roaming because I'm using my phone on a gsm carrier. Verizon phones come factory unlocked. I'm using it on T-Mobile. And yes I'm rooted.

This sound like something Xposed Framework and the correct module could handle. I'm using it to customize my VZW G2.
3 modules, for Xposed Framework, i think you should look at; App setting, G2 module and Gravitybox.
Anyone else use a different module?

Hey all I recently just installed the latest CM11 nightly on my LG G2 T-Mobile and as I'm checking out the ROM I've noticed that I can't just say " Ok Google" and it pop up as in the Nexus 5 or can't slide to from left screen to pull it up. Is something that yet hasn't been implemented or did something go wrong during installation? All else seems to be working fine though. Haven't checked camera but assume it works... Any information would be great.

When you install CM11 did you remember how you had 2 choices for your launcher. One have the Google always listing feature wile the other does not. If you switch the launcher than that feature should work.
