Now I know that the nook's internal wifi/ Bluetooth chip can't go in to monitor mode, but can the nook color use usb hosting to initiate wifi monitor mode through a wifi dongle that can use monitor mode?

i have a laptop (Xp pro sp2) with no wifi device embeded.
how should i use the Wizard(Qtek9100) to act as a wireless lan adaptor? that is to say, how my laptop connect to wireless AP through a usb link with qtek9100 which the wifi function is enabled.
i have tried many settings but with no success. it seems that the qtek could not connect wifi network and usb link simultaneously. the connection icon in the upper-middle screen changed from a Wifi logo to ActivSync logo whenever i plug in the usb cable.
any idea?

You may want to try this :

but the best way - is just to buy a wifi card for your laptop.

Yes, I've changed my loptop, now with wifi built-in
I was wondering if there was a way to do this PC --> Bluetooth dongle --> Trinity Wifi --> wifi router.
Basically I'd like to connect my pc to a wifi router, but via my trinitys bluetooth, whenever I try to use WMWifiRouter my bluetooth keeps dropping connection.
wouldn't it be a damn sight quicker, cheaper and better to just get a usb wifi adaptor for the pc?
Is it possible to use the phone as a USB bluetooth receiver connected to a PC? I want to be able to use my bluetooth headset with my PC but don't have a seperate bluetooth receiver. It would be cool if the phone could be hooked up via USB to do all of this magic for me.
Seeing as how we can share the wifi and use it as a hotspot, this should also theoretically be possible. If the phone has a USB connection it should be able to share it's bluetooth capability with what it's connected to. It should take some sort of driver I'm guessing.
I can't find the option to enable usb tethering. Is the functionality not available yet? I'm asking because I want to use reverse tether so I could use my laptop's internet connection via usb
the LCD of my milestone 2 is completely broke. i want to connect the phone in pc to manage my phone. But my cell is set for USB charge only.
Can I change USB mode only by keyboard, how?
touch screen is working, but i can't see anything
thanks!
