i m getting the device this week but asking about the white back cover
i want to take the white one but i m scared about the back cover may get some change in color or get dirty by time as the cover has leather like shape and stetches on the sides
so black or white note 3 ???
Reports say the black cover is better but I have not compared. While looking on ebay I saw back covers in every colour of the rainbow including Gold!

The back cover will be available in any colour soon just swap it out, just like the old Nokia. I prefer the black and also the full Black face in Los of apps and menus the screen looks seam less whereas the white phone you have a white border. The white s View Cover looks good on a black faced phone

I hope they make a real leather back cover.
The feel of it would be nice and classy

Hello, I have searched google and this forum for now 1 hour and I couldn't find any user made pictures (with different angle and especially the front of the phone) of the white carbon fiber phantom skinz for vibrant or galaxy S i9000.
Can someone help me out ?
Thanks a lot.
There's one thread about it with some pictures, but it's for the black one... i don't know if it will work for you but here's the link http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=740574&highlight=phantom

I was about to get it yesterday but I wasn't sure it will look good on the front. would be nice to see a front pic
Yea I was wondering how does the white cover the chrome bezel on the front... On the black one its quite nice and covers it partly and as the chrome is itself darkish, it blends well with the black carbon cover.
But dark chrome on white ??? I'm doubtfull.
Well at worst you can just not install the strips for the front but meh... If that thing falls the chrome bezel will be damaged for sure then.
That's why we desperatly need a front picture :>
little up ^^
So my N10 replacement arrived due to my first N10 (haven't returned it yet) having some minor light leakage. Right after the first boot on the new N10, there's a single pernament blackline across the screen. Checked if there was light leakage, and found it to be much worst than my first N10.
Anyways, I decided to take a photo of the black line with my DSLR. After a few shots, and then looking back at the screen, there were now 2 black lines. I decided to take a few more shots, and while I was looking at the screen, a 3rd line popped up before my eyes.
Lines are predominately black, but sometimes, depending on the background, the lines will have some brighter colors.

Gona send the replacement back. Just to be on the safe side, keeping the first N10 since its working perfectly fine and the light leakage is easily tolerable. What do you guys think caused this to happen?
Strange! Maybe it was damaged during shipping.

Google may track via serial number the devices they send, so you may want to let them know first in case they realize you sent the replacement back.

So i was using my Z2's flashlight in the dark a few days ago and noticed that the light seems to go through the sides of the phone? It happens on every side of the phone. My phone is waterproof (submerged many times, indicator still white) but is this an issue or some sort of feature (lmao) ?
My specific phone also creaks near the sony logo.

Thats somewhat abnormal
Normal for glass to react like that but not normal that you can see the side of the glass like that
If it doesnt hurt the phone then just ignore it
I tried now and i saw the same on my device but then i realized that it's the tempered glass screen protector edges just reflecting the light .. it looks cool btw
Light is like that, it always wants to get out and spread. Water on the other hand always wants to get in and must be prevented from doing that...

The tempered glass makes that too in my case.
When I get a notification from viber in the dark, the purple light spreads all around and its cool :highfive:
The odd thing is that i don't have a tempered screen protector, just a generic cheap thin plastic one from ebay.
Either way, it seems that this is normal and happens cause of the glass build.
So my lg g2 fell from a height and the display had these colour changing stripes on it. When I press on the bottom part of the phone, near the LG logo, half of the stripes go away, and then comes back when I release the pressure. Also, when the screen stays on for a few minutes, the screen gets blurry and a slight green tinge is formed. I saw one thread where the problem was the radio wire touching the LCD circuit. But that wasn't in my case. So is my screen really gone or there is something I can try before getting it replaced?

you can try with a heat dryer, open it, remove battery main board....
And then what? I tried opening and saw that the general issue that is the white radio wire touching the lcd circuit is not the case in my phone. I also put a plastic piece of paper on it so it doesn't touch. Is there anything else I can do?

Anyone else have this issue? When in bright sunlight it looks as if the screen has a cloudy yellow/orange tint to it kind of like a botched polarization application, it is really hard to see in sunlight.
I do have a glass protector on it but i removed it and after a vigorous cleaning the orange was still there, is this a glue issue like the OPO had?

Well I guess i'm alone with this issue. Right, sending it back then.
I checked yesterday and don't have this issue. I forgot to report back for you.
before I send it back i wanted to take one last good picture in case anyone else has this issue, I just got my replacement and it is not like this so if yours is, send it BACK!
This has been cleaned very well with a alcohol pad and its smooth so it is under the glass.
I do not have this not even a little bit, your unit is messed up
Edit: didn't realize you have the replacement, tbats good!
Yeah that's really bad and nasty looking. You got your replacement quick as hell.
Major defect.
