[Q] Cannot surf on 3G/4G, but wifi works fine

Hi, i ran into a issue, i can't surf on 3G/4G mode, but while at home on wifi it works fine.
i have tried to reflash the firmware, but the problem remains.
My phone is a Swedish(tele2) unlock sm-n 9005
i am on kitkat poland rom XEO
i have check the apn settings, tried with France's and Germany's roms, but didnt help
i have also tried wipe factory/cache and dalvik this before flashing, but still cant connect..
my note is already at 0x1 so i dont have to worry about this.
any help will be appreciate..

Just flashed the phone with N9005XXUENB7 (UK) with Re-partition + Nand erase all + Phone EFS Clear + auto-reboots + F.reset time
The phone went into UK firmware, but the download mode still says
CURRENT BINARY: Custom
SYSTEM STATUS: Custom
and the wierd thing is, even i did a Phone EFS Clear, all the EFS info remains, but in the end my phone still cant surf on the 3G/4G
and the second wierd thing is, in about device> status, i see the phone have taking a ip adress from ISP..
i have spend all night here but still no clue how to fix this, maybe samsung service is my last chance, but knox 0x1

[Q] Hong Kong N9005 with Europe ROM Modem problem

I have a Note 3 Hong Kong 32 Gb model originally on N9005ZHUBMI7_N9005ZZHBMI7_N9005XXUBMI5_HOME Rom
I want to change to European ROM. I read everything I can read understood the PIT problem between EU/HK model then I flash the polish full write ROM : N9005XXUENA6 AP-BL-CP-CSC-PIT
Everything went fine. Reboot no problem. Phone works OK except problem NO IMEI anymore because NO MODEM (*#1234# give only 2 lines. NO modem Line)
Tried to flash different modems. Only Old Modem like N9005-2modems-XXUDMJ4-RomMJ6.tar and N9005-2modems-DMJ7-RomDMJ7.tar are working (Modem line appears on *#1234# and IMEI OK)
BUT lot of issues. Biggest one if I triy a factory reset I have a Recovery lock alert on reboot despite the Recovery lock is OFF on download screen. Cannot set PIN lock screen. Random Crash.
Believed all my problems are because the old modem don't match the ROM. But why new KitKat modem don't works at all ?

Modems might be "restricted" by the version of the bootloader, and can not only be restricted as in "v4.3 is not always being accepted by 4.4" (even if in certain models it is) but also as in "4.4 from one version not accepting 4.4 from another version/region".
IMHO your best option is to write back a full stock version of the original version/region (probably latest 4.4).

N900 Emergency Calls only

i got a Galaxy Note 3 (N900) running android lolipop keep saying Emergency calls only so after some searching here i found LineageOS fix that problem but it didn't fix it for me and tried some other fixes like changing the baseband and libsec file but still no calls.
what should i do ?

If not restore your backed up EFS folder .
Flash your stock rom through odin first .

IMEI is fine.
i did still no result, will try oldest frimware tomorrow.

Lot of problems with N910F

Hello all
I have somes problems with my Galaxy note 4 n910f
1st problem : i flashed last stock rom by odin , all success , but at start "install DRK FIRST"
OK... I reset phone, it start, without DRK
I check IMEI, serial number, all fine, it connect to mobile data , can speak at phone, send sms..
So my EFS Look like good
2nd problem : lags, and freez 2 or 3 seconds, every time...
3st problem : all time it disconnect of wifi i have to re type password, tryed delete file of password, he re created one, but problem still
This phone was rooted on previous rom, with philz touch recovery
For trying to solve wifi problem was downgraded to android 5, but same problems, so i came back to 6.0.1
I rooted again to check if lags and wifi problems still here after, and of course they still here...
So now, what can i do for fix it? Install custom rom like lineage rom?
Repair kernel with Z3X box? ( i think buy one)
Some people says motherboard is dying

Maybe its sd card related? Remove it and see if that helps or not

SIMCARD NOT DETECTED (Modem Not installed)

I was install some custom rom on my S7 Edge Device (SM-G935FD), and after that, my simcard is not available. I tried to install another rom and do flash again and again, and my simcard not detected until now. Please HELP

This will always occur if you try to install any samsung that has the BLCP version but older than the bootloader you had before installing the rom. To solve this you will have to install via odin the latest version of stock for your device.

i had the same problem but flashing the latest firmware didnt solve it for me.
here is the whole story. Any ideas would be appreciated
I have an SM-G935FD Galaxy S7 edge phone from Malaysia. I have it in Greece and as soon as I got it in my hands I let it go all the updates until Android 8. Since then I can't make or receive any calls and sometimes it recognize my sim card (Cosmote) and sometimes it doesn't. Even the times that recognize my network operator I still can't make or receive calls. And of course I don't have any data.
What I have done:
1. Flashed original Malaysian and Indonesian firmware with no luck
2. Activated and deactivated volte
3. Tried different sim card
4. Flashed original Greek firmware (which I thought it would solve my problem but nothing). At root files it has all the network operators enebled as normal.
5. Tried several custom ROMs from Android 7 to 10. The only one that had some result was Floyd 10. The result was that for a minute I had data and couple of sms came from missed calls. But then again nothing. And since the first time I installed it, when I reinstalled Floyd not even for a minute.
6. Tampered customer.xml file for csc folder as a friend from Floyd rom thread suggested but still nothing
7. With a different sim from different provider I have data almost all the time but no calls at all
