Hi there I hope someone can help. On my pc when I go to the download centre my pc doesn't display the rom links but when I check the same page on my phone it displays no problem. which rom do you have?
It looks like you are in bootloader (multicolored) mode so that is good
connect via usb - you dont need to activesync to update rom. You should get a usb sign bottom left of screen and then start update.
Upgrading without activesysnc
After a interruptus ROM upgrade my s200 d'ont start . after the HTC i have a white screen but not more.
The activesync don't connect and i can't put the ROM another time.
I obtain the multicoloured screen with usb in the left botton.
Please, could anybody help me to update the rom in this situation , mayby without activesync ??

You can flash a rom from the 3-colored bootloader mode (hold voice button when turning device on). When it says usb you can just flash without activesync.
Yes thank's i found a ROM that don't need activesync , after that i had changed that rom by my rom and at the moment my s200 y ok.

Im having a Qtek 9100 and using a ROM cooked by Mfraazz. The phone application seems to hang and i have to reset in order to make it functional...the problem does not end here. When the phone boots up, the start menu bar is not visible...I have to hard reset my device 3 -4 times..thats whn the start menu is visible..
I have only one application(Good Link) running...plz help me guyzz

Just reflash the ROM, friend. Seems to be a bad flash to me.

try another cooked ROM or an official one and see if problem persists...

Rom has got nothing to do with Activesync not detecting your phone,it's most probably the problem of Activesync application or your USB cable not establishing connectivity.Check the usb connectivity for problems.To verify the connectivity,check if it gets charged via usb connection.
secondly,get your phone into bootloaders and connect it to your Pc via usb cable,see if usb appears at the bottom of the bootloader mode (multicolor screen),if it then it's connecting.
You don't need Activesync for flashing a Rom to your phone,it's done via usb cable,and while flashing activesync is automatically turned off by the Ruu.So if you are able to establish connectivity via usb cable in bootloaders (multicolor screen) you can flash to any Rom.

when l was upgrading my HTC TOUCH CRUISE it stopped in boot mode.now there are three colours on the screen and some writings(POLA100 SPL-1.30.0000 CPLD-2)there is cit unlock in it.l bought it from Spain but now l am in Turkey.l tried lots of things but l couldnt fix it.please some one help me.everyone say that xda is the biggest forum about htc and l can find someone to help me here.l need your help please.do u have any solve to my problem??????
Download a new rom, when you are in 3 color boot mode, put the USB to join to your PC and launch the upgrade on your pc.
Until you see 3 colors mode the polaris is Ok and you can reinstall new rom.

but my prophet cant even be readable on the pc to download a new rom when i connect it there is no any reflection that there is a new usb device connected while the usb workin well i tried it with any other usb device and i tried my propchet onmore than one pc

Additional RECOVERY steps for 3 colors screen boot-up after flashing...
a. Force Bootloader Mode MANUALLY Then flash PVtemp or NVID for prophet( P.S. the boot up screen will be changed to Qtek...),
b. ( Optional) Use Lazy_Tool to upgrade to WM6.1 (default rom is Cloudyfa's 19213-clean, you may change if you want...)....^_^,

How you came to such a stage??? Have you tried to unlock the bootloader or was it a result of unsuccessful custom rom flashing.....
Please tell in detail about how your phone came to this stage...

and i try to install in my phone...i did the steps as he say there how to install...and after i got what u see ... before i tried with ginger v5 but i got like answer from mobile the archive is bad...i try with v6 and my mobile after he start to looping on Sony Ericsson logo...and to fix i download SEUS , i update my mobile and it works...but now is not working anymore...i see the led is flashing red color and i think maybe i`m out of battery..i plug to charger but for 30-45 minutes the led stays open green and after is becoming again red and is flashing...this is the story. I think u know when u install a new software in xrecovery after is finish u have the menu to reboot the phone after u choose install from SD card...now with this ginger he says is done but the menu was at last step to choose the backup from sd card...and i press 2 times back key to see the menu to reboot...i select reboot and the rest u see on that clips. Maybe the battery is burn and she don`t want to charge? and because i`m out of power i got this results?
