maybe the question is a bit rude but can someone please build PAC-Rom for the International Samsung Galaxy Express (GT-I8730) with this dev tree please?

I'm trying to build an unofficial build for Mediatek devices. But I'm not that professional in these things as I'm learning. I want to know how to build an unofficial build of SlimROM from source to Mediatek powered devices?
