The app is not deodexed, so it won't work with deodexed ROMs.

Is their a widget that will work with a deoxded Rom that's similar to the LG G2 clock weather widget

I've been using the 1weather app/widget. Has some customization to it like tapping the clock opens the alarm and ability to change all the font colors. Backgrounds on the widget aren't as nice, but still ok.
