Did you install CWM and make a back-up when you rooted? If you did just restore your back-up and ODIN the stock recovery. BUT, you should have CWM if you want to be rooted.
If you didn't make a back-up, you will have to wait for someone to post the the EA28 rooted rom or you could install a DL09 rom, they are the same with the exception of the lockscreen 911 fix.
is there any way to back up our ROM with out recovery?
i want to back up my stock ROM that haven't fastboot to kdz or img

thanks before
Is better you download a stock rom.

or is there any one have this back up rom?

you can try backup your personal applications with astro file manager:
open astro -> Tools -> Application Manager/Backup
I upgraded my phones from 2.1 (retail stock) to 2.2 Syndicate. I wiped during this process. I used Titanium Backup, however I can't restore my memos because there is no memo app installed now.
How should I restore those memos?
Thanks!

Well. either get the app and install it, then Titanium will let you restore the data, Odin to 2.1, root and use sdx app removal tool to backup the app and restore it after flashing back, or put on stock ec05 which has the memo app, restore your data then get sdx to save the app so when the ROM removes it you can restore it.
Or here is the apk:
Thanks Kenny. It turns out I'll need at least one other app from stock - Alarm. I might want more after that. Also I want the 2.2 versions, so I think I'll have to flash to EC05 stock to get those.
How can I do that without losing CWM? I could Odin flash EC05, copy the APKs using adb, Odin flash EB13, re-root and add CWM, Odin flash EC05 modem, then CWM install Syndicate from the zip on the SD card. Is there a simpler way?
Update: I just discovered that Syndicate provides these APKs in their forum post

Cool. Another way is to download any stock eco5 and using your computer (assuming you have some type of zip extractor such as 7zip, winzip, etc) click on the downloaded file and go into the system/app directory and extract any apk's you are missing.
Do you BONSAI?
Hey guys,
I want to try out custom ROM's but not sure if I'm going to like them or not... If I don't like it can I return my phone 100% back to stock gingerbread 2.3.3 and receive OTA updates etc ?
Of course you can.
People switch roms all the time.
Some even have an addiction, to be honest...

If you are rooted at 2.3.3 you can install clockworkmod recovery which is available through rom manager and with it you make a backup of the stock rom
With that backup you can restore it whenever you want to
Make sure you wipe all your data, cache and dalvik cache before flash a custom rom

Yup, if you're rooted, you can use Clockwork to make a backup of your current ROM, which will preserve a snapshot of your phone exactly as it is now (with user settings, apps, SMS messages, everything).
Restore a stock rom from a back up made by Clockwork doesnt unroot and S-ON.
It will only restore stock ROM. To unroot and S-ON, there will be another effort

I'm in a similar situation with the OP. I'm with stock 2.3.3 and I want to try new ROMs. The problem is that, from what I have read, in order to root and unlock I first have to downgrade. Is there a way to temproot now so that I can install clockworkmod recovery and keep a snapshot before I downgrade?
When I bought this HTC G2 it was already rooted and running CyanogenMod 6. something. I updated it to 7.0.3 a while back. I was wondering if I could go back to Tmobile Gingerbread and still keep my phone unlocked so I could take the Tmobile updates without loosing all my files, apps, messages and phone numbers. I never had the original Tmobile rom backup on the card when I got the phone so don't know where to start.

Nevermind, I found it here . But it should be added in the instructions to "chmod 755" su and busybox, not just fixsu.sh.
Does anyone have a SM-N900W8 stock ROM to be flashed via TWRP / CWM ?
some restoration hic-ups with Titanium Backup
it'll be easier to re-flash, than to wait for all those pop-up cancellation windows

FYI for fc fix using titanium backup
Restoring apps with data using titanium backup will fc all the apps you have gotten restored. Once you have restored using titanium backup download android terminal emulator from the play store and run the command below
su
restorecon -r -v /data/data
Whatever you do don't restore a nandroid backup as that is causing many of us to go into an endless loop that even an Odin restore is not able to currently fix.

Hi, I too am curious about where I can find a stock rom, but one that is also DEODEXED?
Every pre-rooted, deodexed rom available right now is mainly for the n9005 and the n900t varients, not the n900w8.
