Hello. I think I have bricked my android phone. This is what i did : I rooted my phone, then used rom toolbox to change my wifi icon to yellow. Then, after that, everything started crashing. I rebooted my phone, and it wont turn on. Then, I tried to go to emencengry mode. It wont load, it just flashed my buttons below. (Back and Options buttons) Like, it went to white, then turned off, white, turned off etc.. Charging mode works. I remember I made a backup of it before, but how can I access it? Thank you! Did you try flashing the stock firmware using KDZ?

Yesterday I rooted my LG G2 and installed CloudyG3 Custom ROM. SInce I did not have any of my files, I tried to recover them from custom recovery through my Nandroid Backup... Now my phone wont turn on. When I try to do it, all I get is the LG logo and the lights flashing (the first things you get before the boot animation or the recovery mode). Theres no Recovery and/or download mode... I really have no idea what to do and I amm actually very scared it wont turn on ever. HELP??

what happens when you factory reset and try download mode?
Update/Fix:
Got it to work again! I let the battery drain to 0% so I can boot it into download mode where I used the LG FlashTool to install ZVC. It's completely working now. I learned from my mistake.

How it occurred:
I was trying to flash a ROM today with TWRP but I accidentally deleted/formatted my G2. (I haven't flashed anything in a while so I forgot that would delete the .zips) TWRP was unable to mount the USB so I restarted my phone and now I'm stuck at the LG logo.
What happens:
When I hold down the power button the screen goes black and the logo pops up again with the green and blue LED, so I can't turn off my phone completely. I tried going into download mode and recovery mode but it just shows the LG logo and nothing else.
If anyone knows how I can fix this, that would be great. :good:
Also, I have LG FlashTool. If I can get into download mode I think I'll be able to fix it.
Mod Edit:
Fixed and Thread closed at OPs request
I have the ATT model g2. it was running android 4.2.2 and i rooted. i got an OTA notification yesterday so i unrooted it, and uninstalled busybox. and went ahead with the update. now, my phone does not turn on. you go to turn it on and the lg logo flashes for a second or two, then a black screen, if you look closely you can tell that the screen panel is still lit, but nothing shows up. It will not boot to download mode, and it does boot to the (stock LG recovery, i never had a custom recovery) recovery, but when i hit the power button 3 times to do the hard reset, i get the black screen again, and no boot. when i connect it to my computer, it gives me a bunch of popups saying that i need to reformat a drive before i can use it, somewhere around 15-20 of them? ive run out of ideas to fix it. any and all help is appreciated. would really like my g2 back, im back to my old phone which was a nexus 5 that has a terribly cracked screen, and i really like to get the g2 back rather than having to pay to get my screen replaced.
Hello. I got myself a lg g2 not too long ago, and i installed a custom rom on it. (Blisspop) And it worked pretty well, except for when i started it, sometimes it would go in a boot loop and i had to power it off and then on, but except for that it was good. Then one day i turned it off, and when i tried to turn the phone on again, noting happened. And i mean it. NOTHING. I tried to plug it in to my computer but it acted like a disc?! It's so weird. And when i charge it, the led flash blinks red but nothing more. HELP!
Try if you could get it into download mode(Volume up while plugging in USB).
If so you can revert to stock ROM.

I think it is still a soft bricked, there's still a 'life sign' from that blinking led. can you get to the recovery mode at least? if no, get to download mode and try to flash your stock KDZ or TOT.
Hey guys,
a while back i rooted my G2 then i had some problems unbricked my phone and removed the root. Today "Clash Royale" didn't open corecctly, it stuck at 50% so i decided to restart my device. Then it went black and didn't turn on. I saw the LG Logo on more time before the screen went completely dark. I can' enter download/recovery mode. The screen won't do anything. I cant connect it to my PC. The LED doesn't turn on either. I dont know what else to do. I tried to unbrick it according to these steps (https://forum.xda-developers.com/lg-g2/general/lg-g2-unbrickable-fix-real-hard-brick-t2904404) but i am not sure if i did Step 8 correctly, because nothing happend. Any Ideas on what i could try?
And before all that it was working completly fine.
Thanks for the help!
Are you see Lg logo ?
