Why stock recovery.....?
If you rooted your device your warranty is void.
I think the only way of getting stock recovery back is by flashing your tab
with a stock firmware.

Ty Dude, now with work fine.
I installed the following CWM:
forums.techdiscussion.in/showthread.php/1382-How-to-install-ClockWorkMod-Recovery-in-Samsung-Galaxy-Y-S5360-Easiest-Method
and rooted it. Is there anyway I can do both these tasks? I've not installed Cyanogenmod or anything like that
you dont remove cwm
cwm is a recovery and there are two types
1 - tempory cwm - this is a zip file you flash in stock recovery to get to cwm recovery - You need to flash this zip every time you enter stock recovery in order to get to cwm
2 - perminant cwm - you replace your stock kernel with a custom kernel that replaces stock recovery with cwm recovery - therefore you no longer have stock recovery as it has been perminantly replaced by cwm
in order to go back to stock recovery you need to flash a kernel that has stock recovery instead of cwm recovery build in
with the root there are unroot zips - just do a search
to kill two birds with one stone you could just flash stock rom via odin - this will wipe everything from the phone and put it back to day you first switched it on - therefore it will have stock kernel which has stock recovery and it wont be rooted

Try this:
Flash stock firmware (I would suggest that you use the latest firmware available). Then check for any updates using the update option in settings. Update if any available. Now try flashing your custom rom following the guide in specific thread.
TWRP is a little tricky to flash (confirmed on: I9301I, I9300, I8190) When ODIN remove your device, before anything appear try to boot into recovery. If you miss that moment, you need to flash again because for some reason, stock recovery appears later if you're late at first boot.
However, CWM is different and had no problem with it. But TWRP have more options and user friendly UI. Also comes with file manager so you can transfer files while your phone is into recovery.
