Could someone give me instructions to remove the text/name under the toggles of status bar?
remove the text in strings.xml
then go to the quick_panel_settings.xml
in the line for text change all values to 0.0dpi.
do not change the value for the buttons.

Ok, I need to modify strings.xml in lidroid-res.apk, with blank spaces in each string line, for example:
<string name="quickpanel_vibration_text"></string>
Then I go to quickpanel_quick_settings in SystemUI.apk and change "android:textSize="13.0dip" to "android:textSize="0.0dip"
Isn't it?
yes.
change all the numeric value in com.android.systemui.xxxx in quickpanel_quick_settings.xml to zero.
but if doesn't work it is because you have lidroid's 14toggles.
i haven't explored that thing yet.

Yes, I have 14 toggles and doesn't work.
try to open lidroid-res.apk and find it in layout and do the same thing.
in lidroid-res you need to change the height of the framelayout with id "power_widget_button" in res/layout/power_widget_button.xml to 40.0dip, then open apktool.yml and add " - 2" under ids (just copy the text between the quotes).
if not already done, install framework-res.apk then recompile lidroid-res and push it to /system/framework with permissions 644
-edit- sorry, quoted wrong person, quote removed

Code:
qemu.hw.mainkeys=0
This Code for turning off Navigation Bar
Code:
qemu.hw.mainkeys=1
Well that was pretty basic one.
So now in case of our stock ICS ROMs
Instructions for stock ics
1)Decompile Framework-res.apk
(better to use apktool1.5.2 or later)
2)now go to res¬>values¬>bools.xml
3)open bools.xml with notepad++
4) edit this
Code:
<bool name="config_showNavigationBar">false</bool>
TO
Code:
<bool name="config_showNavigationBar'>true</bool>
5)save and recompile apk
6)add The line
Code:
qemu.hw.mainkeys=0
To build.prop then restart
Now if you want to change the size of the navigation Bar
instructions for all roms to change size
1) decompile framework-res.apk
2)Go to res¬>values¬dimens.xml
3)open dimens.xml using notepad++
4) at line number 14,15,16,17
Edit the Dpi values to your choice
Code:
<dimen name="navigation_bar_height">48.0dip</dimen>
<dimen name="navigation_bar_height_landscape">48.0dip</dimen>
<dimen name="navigation_bar_width">42.0dip</dimen>
<dimen name="navigation_bar_height">28.0dip</dimen>
5)save and recompile apk

What's the point if you end up with shorter display?
Also CM10 has this feature in build.
People who want can follow this.Its just a matter of choice.
CM10 forzenpika build doesnt succesfully open nav bar. For it i had to write on build.prop

OK, back to the topic. To change the text "Zombie art by Jack Larson" you can follow the steps below.
Take framework.jar. (you can use the framework.jar that exist on your device system)
Change the format to framework.apk
Decompile framewrok.apk. (u can use apktool or apk multi tool)
Use notepad++ to open file "PlatLogoActivity.smali" in /framework.apk/smali/com/android/internal/app/
Find the text "Zombie art by Jack Larson"
Change the text to which you want. For example : "I Love My Android"
Recompile
Delete classes.dex
The result will be System_framework.apk. Change into framework.jar.
Done (^_^)

Edit: Nvm found what to edit to get what I needed
