ICS and Samsung Kies

After upgrading to ICS 4.0.3, I have found out Samsung Kies and Kies air will no longer work with my table. It there and alternative program to use where I can update my contacts, do sms and such from my PC?

Which ICS? I never knew there is one available for SGT-P1000 yet

Look to the App 'My Phone Explorer" its a very Good Program. I connect my Tab and the Computer over W-lan and Sync my Contacts, my SMS and all other Files. Sorry for my bad English.

Check the dev section.. Cyanogen mod 9 (CM9) is an ICS, and works pretty well.

Unable to recieve SMS on Jellyblast for Galaxy Y

for my SGY S5360 but all my effort have gone in vein. finally installed mms.apk even after that i am not able to receive SMS. request you devs to kindly help me. other wise the phone is sexier than ever, i love it a lot.

Baked , AOKP. Both on a 3113 , I flashed some 3110 stock Romswell deodexed Roms at some point on my 3113 , they was pretty sweet.
Jelly Bean stock is soooooooo nice.Samsung did a good job on that. Very smooth but not much good if you want to make themes and try them out. so its back to CM1O , good base to theme on , but I do miss Baked, that's a bad ass ROM !

Romswell for stock is the best stock jelly bean for me, but google now have problem (no voice recording).
CM10 for AOSP, but need to custom it as Trebuchet got many problems (i use Apex) and Kernel update with OC).

cm10 has some problems with icon placement but also fast
I`m not using cm10 because of audio routing problem (I`m using phone on my p3100)

I've just visited galaxy W theme and apps forum and I saw a thread about s3 theme for GB ROM. It's really cool and give a good feeling of galaxy s3, although it just a theme
Can anyone make a similar theme for our galaxy Y.
I wanna make one for our Y but I don't know how to make a theme. I hope someone could make one because I know not only me love s3's UI but also other guys so it would be great if there is a s3 theme for our Y

Well, it would have been a lot easier to build the theme if the stock rom of Galaxy Y looked more like the Galaxy SII/W/Ace 2/Ace Plus/Beam/Mini 2 's stock rom
I think this will do the trick
JellyBean transitions + Modified Holo Launcher + Custom Icons + Deodexed Rom/Any Custom Rom/USSR 8 (JellyBean Look alike)

Yes, that's it, I've changed every things from launcher to animation to make my rom have the breath of s3
I use the icon pack provided above
Replace touchwiz launcher by adw launcher modded by me, I just change its icon and its all apps icon
But my ROM still lack of ics setting of s3 and touchwiz sttbar looked like s3's
Can anyone make one? Or just provide a guide, I will make it myself

Maybe you can try jellyblast rom and flash the s3 theme available here http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1939669
Or you can try creeds rom 3.5 from development section. It is using s3 theme already.

I AM NOT A DEVELOPER, just having searched through the JB camera mods available here, since there were almost no perfect camera, I finally came to the one I'm currently using. I've just made up the package by combining @cile381's ROM and Camera 4.2 patch (Thanks to him, Here is the link to his ROM :

By the way, I owe an apology to those who downloaded the first attachment, first, open up the zip file then delete build.prop file and then flash the zip, but the attachment IS NOW FIXED, JUST DOWNLOAD AND FLASH

Save the original gallery apk and then restore it when returning to stock or I'm thinking reflashing gapps would also revert to stock.
Seems to be working well does what as stated but lacks photosphere since that isn't open source by google

yes, it's according to the update script, it's written there
go inside the package and remove those 2 lines commanding to delete the cameras in the update script and save it, then re-archive it and flash.

obvious, it's in quotation marks written "delete gallery4.apk..." and also gallery2.apk..." delete whole those two lines n try if it works correctly

Camera Not work with Galaxy Note N7000 android 4.1.2

Was going to add it to my 4.2.1 ROM for the Gnex and it doesn't even show up. Still just have the regular camera. Any ideas OP?

this mod is originated from 4.2 as I know, but works on 4.1.2. that's why
