All the Asus tablets haves drippler but tf300t, at least I don't find it, but I want one.
I posted the idea in the feedback section and I hope they will see that, but maybe I need votes.
So if you want too, please vote this:

Thank you, good night.
(If you don't know what drippler is, it is an info app that shows information about your device)

Hi I'm new to being registered to this forum and I have a neat Idea that I haven't seen any other threads about.
The idea seems simple enough being there are loads of both app and rom/kernel developers on this forum. Thanks for reading about my idea as it may seem confusing to many.
The idea:
since there is a mini hdmi output-input (not absolutely sure, i just know its there and it works) if there is maybe a kernel/rom/app or even a CWM flash that could take an hdmi input from a xbox 360, id be very willing to test as i, and many others most likely desire as it would be awesome for long car rides. the option for this on the transformer would certainly make it reign over all other tablets as it has the best display of them all!
thanks for consideration sorry if this thread is sloppy as this is my first of them all!
if there is even already this option please let me know!!!
thanks--brady!!!

Pay attention. There is no need to continue this thread. All it will achieve is screwing up the search results making it harder to find the info people are actually after.

Post Removed. I can't be arsed dealing with idiots.
nice guide but i believe this should be moved to general
I'm thinking now there is nothing here that wouldn't work on ANY version of TF101, including SBK-V2 models.
Thoughts anyone? Anyone brave enough to try?
I will try this now on a B60. Tks for the tips
EDIT: Done it. Worked perfect!
it might be a stupid question, but how do i flash an image?
Edit: i thought that i would download an img file, but now everything works great, thanks

Rooted my tf101 earlier from another thread and now installed cwm very easily because of this thread. Thank you.

Everything is running very nicely here after 2 days, and no reboots and none of the problems reported in other threads.

At this point, the only thing that seperates a B60 and below vs b70 and above is the ablility to nvflash. B60 and above can nvflash because of having sbk 1. Good info though.

Yep I was initially being over cautious, I didn't want to be responsible for problems on sbkv2 systems as I had no way to test.
Have updated the first post to indicate its suitable far all TF101, now it's been tested on a B8O

I'm able to get the ICS upgrade to install, however when it reboots I get the Asus logo and a circular progress bar that never stops.
Hi.
I have a asus tf101 b70-s/n and it won't allow me to access the microsd from the recovery screen in cwm. It says unable to mount sdcard and won't format it either. I have tried other cards and same error. I have used sdcard formating program and I have tried commands in terminal. My version of the tablet reads an interior sdcard, which is not recognized in cwm. So this is obviously a huge problem if I'm to perform the factory condition flash.
I've been trying for days, different methods. Any help in the right direction would be nice. Thanks.

Your post WAS very informative and to the point. I think it was wrong that you removed it. Maybe you should reconsider...
Come on... that guy does not belong here. If you do not help people, do not post here.
MOD Please delete thread. OP deleted original Post that made thread worthwhile. Apparently he did not feel like playing nice and took his ball and went home.
Ugh. When are people going to grow the hell up around here?
Both parties are wrong. OP is childish for removing helpful post ( not sure entirely how helpful since it's gone!) And those who talk ish to someone trying to be helpful. Wtf guys?

Hey fellow Transfomer users, I've recently started this thread on a security issue on the TF700 Infinity and I wonder whether it affects other ASUS tablets as well. Are you able to use this "feature" without being asked for allowing any privileges on your device? Is CMClient (& possibly DMClient also?) responsible for it too on your device?
Don't know. Don't care. I'm not paranoid enough to think Asus is spying on me.

That's exactly what the phrase "to miss a point" defines.
Thank you for your valuable addition to the subject.

The point is you're paranoid to the point of starting multiple threads on it. If you're so paranoid, I suggest you never use a 3rd party keyboard, or web browser. They could gather much more sensitive information than Device Tracker.

They can be blocked by DroidWall much easier. If you don't understand the difference, perhaps you should do some reading instead of making posts that don't say anything.
And no, they can't gather more, if the DT can gather everything. Pretty much logical, isn't it.
And I find your ad personam arguments an appalling way of having a discussion, not in accordance with XDA rules, too (I could as well say "the people from New York I got to know were much smarter and more polite, you must be from Bronx", but that doesn't prove my point, does it?).

I didn't start an argument. You did. I just pointed out that you're paranoid, and then you didn't like it. It isn't my fault that you are, and also overly sensitive. To quote what you said in your original thread: "I'm not saying ASUS is spying, I'm saying there is a possibility to do so". Now you felt the need to spread to this to other forums.
I would guess that using anything Google or Facebook or other software, hell, just going online, is giving away much more information than Asus is gathering. They may have some marketing hands in there, but they're probably more interested in their hardware and things specific to it's use.
