Can't download images from chrome - Nexus 10 Q&A, Help & Troubleshooting

So I've found a few sites that have the correct resolution wallpapers. But every time I try to download the image it is just a black box when I look at the pic in my gallery.
What's the trick??

Video rotation problem

Ok is this an issue with all phone or mine? Watch a video you have recorded and rotate it, does it do an ugly rotation where before it rotates it shows the video fliped and the image is strected? I will post a video if you don't understand later. Basically does rotating a video have an ugly animation?

looks like it blinks a couple times before rotating
And you see the video in the wrong format?

[Q] Where the heck are videos stored?!

I'm using the MoDaCo camera launcher and I've taken several videos, playing around with the face stuff and what-not. I plug the N7 into my HTPC to import the hilarity that has already ensued and I can't find them anywhere. I've tried both modes available (MTP and Camera, I think).
Help? I need to send back that N7 and I don't have a lot of time left to do it...
Under dcim? With the pictures maybe?

Click to collapse
I can't find them there... that's the thing... I questioned where they were so I unplugged it and the gallery still plays them! I even searched for 3gp files and can't find any.
The videos are saved to /sdcard/DCIM/Camera (at least on my Nexus 7).

Load Youtube Videos in Backround?

I know this doesn't pretain completely to the Nexus 7 but is there a way to keep the video loading in the youtube app when I switch to another app while it's loading? I have slow internet so sometimes I need to give it a minute to load and it would be nice to do something else while it does. If the youtube app won't do it is there another app I could use?
Bump can someone help me out on this?
There isn't really a way to do this.
You can try the super video app (floating yt).
And maybe the N7 will get pre loading in the future. (It should download the video in the background)
Hope this helps
