I have read a few threads on a few build quality issues but not mention this, if I have missed them then mod please feel free to delete.
Anyone else noticed this, its not a big deal but I noticed that when typing on the physical keyboard I could feel even hear a slight creak as I typed away. I worked out that this was being caused by the battery twisting and creeping its way slowly out of position. I have sorted this with a small ball of bluetack, no more creak.

I was wondering if there is anyway to make the vibration less intense because it is so intense that it makes a noticeable noise in class and such... and if I put it on silent then I do not notice any notifications unless I pull out my phone

Hi all,
Yesterday i bought my new i9505 Vodafone XXUAMDC. Today i found out that during vibrations there are some strange sound at the top of the phone, like electrostatic discharge. What can it be? It has ever happened to anyone?
Also this only happens with high levels of vibration intensity.
Help me.
Thanks
Iv noticed this too. Has anybody else had this problem ?

This is normal, this is a mechanical component inside the phone that make the springy vibration when you enable vibrate on touch etc. So when you tab it, it make that springy sound, perfectly normal.
