most updated custom roms have that feature already
COD Rom/Hyperion/Jelly Bean v3 has those transitions, COD ROM has the option to use stock galaxy y transition as well as JB transition..

I believe it will be easier to just wait for Google to release the source code. Ports from the SDK don't work very well, as far as I know.

LSN is based on Android Build JZO54K, like all the other Jelly Bean builds! This news is super old! Jelly Bean rolled out in February!!

Well actually it's LSK which is based on JZO54K and not the opposite! Anyways I would prefer XWLSN since is a little bit newer and has a higher changelist than LSK

Just install Cyanogenmod. There is a reason that there aren't roms like you're requesting (don't know if you seriously want to accomplish something with this thread..), and that is because you can install kernels, launchers, etc. all by yourself.
No need to start this kind of topics in my opinion.

Checkrom revo 7 is an ICS 4.0.4 rom. The request was for a new jelly bean *JB) version. Was hoping for a jb Checkrom but you guys give me an ics one.
