spv m5000 battery problem pls help

i bought a used spv m 5000, after a week the battery dead , i bought a new battery with 5200 MAH ,and other one with 1600 MAH, the big battery discharging completly in standby after aproxemativly 24 hours ,and the small one maximum 10 hours, this happen without to use the phone at all just standby mode, first i thought that it is a rom problem , i changed meney roms ,i taked off the memory card ,the same problem.
can anybody help me ? ,or to tell me normaly the battery of the universal how meny hours stay in standby mode ?, i observed that it i use it ar in standby mode the battery need aproxemativly the same time to discharge.

i just bought a 2nd hand ATOM EXEC and i find the battery life drain damn fast...
just a few simple clicks will drain u few percents of battery life...
i would like to know is there any way to make ATOM EXEC battery life longer?
like program that have actual settings?
like my old DELL AXIM X51v which i can set the performance as:
SLOW (longer battery life), NORMAL, FAST

another question, i've upgraded ATOM EXEC to WM6.1 but i dont like it...
so i downgrade again to WM5...
i find that WM6.1 i can talk using Speaker But NOT WM5...
its there any program to make it possible?

1. For bty life problem use the power management patch on this page
http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=392418 and it really really works . Otherwise I think that u have bought an old Atom Exec and ur bty might have outlived its utility so if the patch does not work buy a new battery (For type of bty search the forums).
2. For speaker what I understand, during call press the green call button for 3 secs and u will be using the speaker.

i'm just order 2 replacement battery at ebay.
1 black with 3000mAh, 1 white with 3200mAh.
wanna try which 1 is better....
tell u guys the results after test.

careful pal, non original battery may cause your device overheat well not all but you need to rally monitor it once you use non-original battery.
if you want, I have an unofficial ROM for ATOM EXEC that use very low battery consumption (see on my signature below) more safe than use non original battery right ?

will that battery saving program also works for atom pure?

outdoorlady73, it should work for Atom also as Atom Exec and Atom pure are same in system at least.

Requesting Help for battery patches and downloads
As I am only a new user to the Atom Exec as well and finding that it drains the battery so quickly, can you tell me how and where to apply the power management patch in easy to understand instructions for a new user.
I have Windows Mobile 5.0
I am also interested in the Ultra Low Battery Consumption Edition download that I saw on one of the replies. Can someone please tell me what that is all about, what it contains and how and where to apply it.
Please keep in mind that I am only a new user of the Atom Exec.

I have an Atom Exec whose battery drains like anything. I have WM6.1 ultra low battery consumption edition. But the moment I start playing any music in Media Player or play games the battery drains out very fast. Is there any solution for this??

[Q] Question about the Battery

Hey folks,
I got a question about the battery life of the Defy......when my phone is discharging it jumps from 62% to 50% and from 33 to 19%.
Is this a sign that the battery isn´t working properly ? So maybe I need a new one ?
Hope someone can help me.....
I also tried different roms and everytime I get this "problem".

If you switch between the ROM and does not at least 1 o 2 charge-discharge cycle, the battery will not calibrate...
Try calibrate with die hard battery calibrator when your charging the phone : http://forum.xda-developers.com/showpost.php?p=18703418&postcount=5021

At default the phone received information from the batt by division of 10% and the software estimate the discharge. For some reason this estimation is eronate and the new batt value determine the system to recalculate the discharge and make those abrupt value. Anyway you can find in "general" thread a topic which resolve that situation.

I have the afore-mentioned device. Sorry, but I'm not allowed to post links yet, but you can find hungarian articles that you can machine translate with google.
I love the device as it is powerful enough for my needs and has a really good screen.
My problem is battery life. It has a 3200 mAh battery, but it can't go through a day without charging. If I'm using the web browser or the camera or mxplayer, the battery is drained to zero in a really short time, about 30 minutes.
It is possible that I have a faulty battery, but the distributor here is unreachable, and there is no type number on the battery itself, so google search didn't help in finding a replacement.
It is also possible that the rom has some bug in it that drains the battery too quickly. I'm using Battery Doctor, but it didn't change much.
It is also strange when I disconnect the charger, the battery percentage immediately drops to 96-97%
Can anyone help me with the battery time?

After this , my battery performance has decreased nearly to the half.

What I have noticed for more than a week is this : every time my battery reaches 37% , it decreases like I am using it heavily although I am not using the phone AT ALL !!
Is the charger I bought fake ?
Is there anyway I can fix the problem ?

To me it just looks like the battery is not calibrated. Try to calibrate the battery and see if it works.

my battery too. when it reaches 37% it decrease more quick than normal. Use caribrate no work but dont worst like your battery. I use original charger

Also i recommend "Juice Defender" app. It does great help saving battery. Hope that helps a bit.

I tried to calibrate my phone and my phone reached about 45% then shut down like the picture.
any advice ?
