I need your help with RIL files! - Android Software Development

Hello. A user here at XDA named Sibbor, who's the developer of the app GetRIL is constantly bettering his program and right now he needs a few RIL files (radio interface layer) for the Galaxy Nexus!
Efrant has been kind to put together alot of ones, but there are still a few missing and they are:
M420KRKK7 (RIL found in yakjukr ITL41F) - Korea
I9250UGKK7 (RIL found in yakjuux ITL41D) - Canada, I think
I would be thankful if you could help us find these files. If you have friends from these regions/places and they own a Galaxy Nexus and are willing to help, it would be awesome.
The builds above are all stock so they cannot be found in custom ROMs.

Anyone?

Making a canadian rom - need input

Hey everyone, I'm currently looking at options for a new custom rom catered to those on Bell/Virgin mobile in Canada. There are so many amazing chefs out there, so many wizards that give us options with their themes, mods, kernels, apps etc., and my aim is to put together a fast, stable, customized rom based on JL2 according to input from fellow Canadians, using these tools.
Please help me put this together by giving your input, requests and comments in this thread and I will do my best to create an awesome rom for us all.
Credit will always go where it's due, for if we have seen great distances it is because we have stood on
the shoulders of Giants ...corny but true.

Make sure you keep French Canada QWERTY SWYPE keyboard (so be careful if you update SWYPE from an euro ROM)
I've been cooking roms in Doc and Stef's kitchen for my i9000m for a while. JL2 modem, BMC CSC and whatever else I want and it has worked flawlessly.
Don't see Canadian Swype in the kitchen though (I type in english on the euro one, I'm fine as long as it's not US spelling ). Somebody could get that to them to add I guess.
If you're looking at creating your own ROM, make sure you're relatively experienced with Android (ie know how to use logcat to solve your own problems, familiar with the ROM structure, etc).
The easiest way, starting off, is to take a look at dsixda's Android kitchen. It's located in Chef Central. Download it and try messing around with it; it's an easy tool to perform difficult modifications.

Different ROMs have different way to load and run wifi. Doing what you say is possible through the source code, but it is a lengthy process; modifying all of the wifi configuration files.

Can you send me a link to find some roms of Honor?
