I think you posted in the wrong forum. You will probably get a better response by sending this sort of request directly to the publisher or developer of the game. if they get enough interest in a specific platform they may very well port it to that platform.
if you are serious about porting it yourself then just start doing it. you are in an android developer forum. start the tutorials and post questions in the appropriate place!
Yeah ano am in a dev forum but it was just a thing to see if any has started or cud help me do it. I dnt have the fogyest about porting thats why iv posted

I remember a couple months back where Google blocked rooted phones and tablets from using Play content like movies. Still the case? I would love to root my new Nexus 7 but wouldn't want to lose that functionality.

Hi mate,
I've rooted and have had no problems installing apps or books. Haven't tested the movies, but the following link says that Google has removed that restriction:
http://liliputing.com/2012/07/google-play-movies-now-streaming-to-rooted-android-devices.html
I rooted mine on day two of receiving it a month ago.I have had no issues with anything on the playstore.I have purchased tv shows, movies, music and all worked just fine.
Thanks all! Rooting today!!

Sorry for thread jacking, but I thought my question was related to the current post so I hope no one minds
I received my Nexus 7 yesterday and I was considering rooting/flashing with paranoidandroid and clemsyn's kernel. I was reading a few posts that mentioned that the Google Wallet is locked to the HWID of the device and not the Google account.
Can anyone confirm that the free stuff such as my Google Wallet 25$ credit, the Transformers movie, ebook and other goodies remain after I root/flash my device?
It's my first time with an android device and tablet so any help/tips would be appreciated!

LOL
Seems suspect of what, exactly? Maybe he's just a big fan of Amazon. shravbits has been a helpful member of this community for quite some time so I'm pretty sure he's not some corporate spy, if that's what you're insinuating.

huskers15,
Let's not be rude to someone trying to help. No one but yourself knows exactly what you want, we are not mind readers here, we work together as a team - respecting everyone in the XDA Community. If someone posts a response and it does not fit your needs, then kindly say "Thank you but that is not what I wanted, I am looking for the ad free version". Your request, as I understood it was:
"Can anyone give me a copy of the scrabble game? I want to try it on the droid DNA."
Am I correct? When I saw this post I had the same response in mind, just Google it. Then I saw jasmineloveflower respond and say "yes i understand his request the kindle fire version has no ad.........." - Rather than play mind reader here, why don't you take a moment and clarify your request - the you are likely to receive the answer you desire.
be kind.

asiapiranha,
We might as well let this post drop on it's own since the person has not clarified their request.
We have an apk database of over 10,000 application, so we are sure that we have the apk for this person but without proper clarification we can not be helpful.
Thank you for taking the time to post your feedback, have a great week.

Have you tried to search the Android Market? I found a Free version of EA Scrabble on their this morning I downloaded it and it works great on my rooted Kindle Fire. It's the only version that I found on there and from the reviews that I read I think that it supersedes any previous versions that may have been out there.
As many of us know, there is a serious problem at hand that needs to be dealt with. The Kindle Fire HD 7" 2012 edition forums are being polluted with posts about the Kindle Fire HD 7" 2013 edition. Although these devices have similar hardware, they are NOT the same device. It might be okay if it were just a few posts, but this is getting ridiculous.
My proposed solution is for a new forum area to be created for the 2013 Kindle Fire HD 7" and to have all posts regarding them to be moved there.

I hear that. I posted a link in my signature to help guide people but seems lots of people have bought them recently. Not long ago I tugged a mods ear about this and the response was, basically, they would see about it but we're busy. I know a month ago it was a different scene for this table. I hope the powers that be will get something worked out, given it's increase in popularity.

There also seems to be some confusion on this device with the KF2. There has to be a better method of filtering these posts... I'm not slamming anyone here, I'm just saying...

It is really strange in my opinion how the HD7/8.9/KF2 got put in correctly, but the HDX7/8.9/HD2 did not get organized properly in regards to forums.
Sent from my iPod touch using Tapatalk
The forum is really getting flooded with people who are trying all sorts of things that the KFHD is not capable of doing yet. Amazon is about to get flooded with bricked KFHD 2013.

Maybe that's the idea. Maybe it's XDA's way of pissing off Amazon.

Lol. Protesting the locked bootloaders. If Amazon gets too many complaints of bricked devices, maybe they'll take off the restriction. XD
