[Q] were to get replacement parts for Iconia a500? - Acer Iconia A500

So my rear camera wasn't working really well as of lately... It is providing me with blurry images all the time. Me thinking it was a software issue just waited for a while. But my Iconia had it's update to ICS and the problem still existed. This afternoon I fetched my tab from it's protective sleeve and hey.. there's something blinking oddly around the lens...
after a closer look the coin suddenly drops. there's a tear in the protective glass of the rear-camera.

Not mutch of a big deal since the damage is around the lens, but I think there are some shards inside the lens and light get's reflected wrong by the tear causing blurry and light-dissoriented pictures.
Big question:
were do I get replacement parts like these? my tablet is not warranted for these kind of things and I store a lot of designer swork + presentations on this device. so Turning it in for 2 or more weeks is not an option....
I am familiar with the fact that those glasses can be peeled of very easily (so they should be easy to replace with some superglue). After googeling around I didn't realy find any distributors for these replacement parts but if one of you guys knows were to get those....

You'll probably have to hit the sale forums on the tablet and android sites. Sometimes folks fubar their tabs and sell individual parts.

Are these scratches or what...?

Earlier when I turned my G1 over, I found multiple lines on the back of the battery cover, I have no idea what they are but they obviously don't look very good. The phone has always been kept in a case and only today have I noticed them. I have a white G1 so the cover is a light bronze color. The lines resemble lines made by a pen very lightly. However, after applying alcohol (hand sanitizer), water, soap and intense rubbing it will not come off. Has anyone ever scratched their cover? What does it look like? I know this is a very... strange question to ask haha.

suppose we can't really tell unless you get us some pics
my guess is, it's either a scratch or a crack.
I cant take any pics... they don't show up very well in the picture. But ah well, my Shield Skin comes in a few days, and new themes will be released in like a week from the competition to make me feel better. In the end I will probably end up just buying another battery case for 10 bucks off eBay. Must be my OCD haha.

Speck or dirt spot on all photos

There seems to be a speak or chip in the lens of my camera. Recently Ive noticed when Im framing up a shot or after I take a pic they all have a few pixel distortion in the same place. I have taken the back off my phone and looking at it under a magnifying glass I cant see any chips on the lens, could there be dirt or something behind the lens and if so can I take the lens off to clean it?
Here is what it looks like in my pics. It seems to be under the glass that you can touch after taking off the back panel?

i'd say that's on the sensor, not the lens, since the spot is too focused. Looks like a damaged sensor, then...
was it like this when you got the phone?
or has it just started to appear?
Im not sure, I rarely use my camera so I never noticed it before but after recording a video and seeing the speck and trying to clean the lens I have arrived here for help. I mainly use my G1 and never had an issue but I think my MyTouch may have come like this. I got it off ebay so that may have been why they were selling it. The speck is always perfectly clear and its not a HUGE inconvenience but if there is a way to fix/replace it I would like too.

Phone has a custom chromed backplate to it as seen in the picture.
With the phone I'll package two stock batteries one extended battery (along with the backcover for it) two cases, a leather pouch(the belt thing) and a leather holder for it.
Accepting paypal only and would ideally want a sale done soon

1) Place a paper with your id (as on xda, ie.adolfo778) beside the phone in the photo to assure the phone is real and with you and not some random photo taken from net.
2) Would be better if you had placed this in the marketplace forums although a mod might just shift it soon.
good point didnt really think about the nametag thing.

[Q] Can i replace the front panel ?

Can i replace the front panel of my note 3 ? I got 2 small dents/scratches exactly where i put the two red dots on the below picture. They are very small but pretty annoying in alot of light.

Can buy new fascia's on eBay and on some phone shops yeah, fitting them may be tricky though.
If I was you I would get bumper case to avoid future scratches and cover existing one and would be really afraid to make things worse, while replacing that panel, than what it is now, but I'm not you.
Personally I find it dumb that users can't swap exteriors by design when phones are bounded to be scratched one way or another. For myself I could care less if my phone got banged up to the max if I knew I can simply self replace the entire exterior except the screen for like $20.
You can buy parts and replace them yourself, can you do it yourself as good as factory without messing anything up is the question. I don't know what exactly is involved in replacing this particular plate, but it seems some disassembly is almost given and there are wires, connectors etc. you need to be careful. It's not like iphone where you have to disassembly whole screen to replace stupid battery.

Protecting the camera lens without a case.

Anybody else do this, or am I crazy???

If you have a phone with a raised camera, then I found the feet on the bottom of routers and cablemodems work pretty well! Comcast will never know it's missing.
I also do but not like you
I have managed to microcut the camera lens too, can't see the cuts without good lighting but I have.
Never done it on any of my devices. The lens is receded into the body anyway, so there's no real risk of marks or scratches.
Also, the Nilkin tempered glass screen protector comes with two little protectors for each of the camera lenses.
More for than just earwax
Daughter has an X+ and she did quite a number on the lens. So much, that all of her pictures taken came out ghostly...
I pulled out my handy drill, a cotton swab, some toothpaste mixed with a bit of water, and started polishing that sucker. Did that for about 4 minutes (being careful not to stay in one place too long) and it removed all of the micro scratches she had caused by putting her phone into her rear pocket
