I just wanted to completely start over on my tablet, so within RA Recovery I toggled Full EXT Wipe, and wiped ALL from the menu, however it is now sitting on a full wipe of /data for about 30 minutes. Is this typical?

I'm a total newbie when it comes to flashing ROMs and whatnot.
I got clockwork installed correctly and downloaded the superclean ROM to my SD card.
I rebooted into recovery and tried a data wipe/factory reset. It ran and ran and ran for over an hour and I couldn't find any info on the web about how long it should take so I pulled the battery thinking it was hung.
I now boot up and it goes into Android System Recovery. At the bottom it says "Manual Mode"
The SD card is still installed.
It gives me the following options but I can't select any of them.
Reboot system now
apply sdcard:update.zip
wipe data/factory reset
wipe data cache partition
What can I do?

Select apply sdcard:update.zip, and press home softkey. this will take you to green recovery screen.
Odin
Your going to have to use odin! Search for instructions on flashing back to stock using odin!

Awesome... that booted me back into my previous rom.... wish I would have known that earlier.
How long should I wait for Clockwork to wipe my data?

a data wipe should take no longer than 15-20 seconds...a cache wipe is usually almost instant

Did you flash clockwork within rom manager? There should be an option for the fascinate. Do it twice just for grins. The reboot into cwm and try it again.

Yep I did that first.... I just attempted it a couple of times this morning and it seemed to work today.
It didn't get hung up saying "Wiping Data...." It went to another line and said Formatting Data and sat there for about 30 seconds and completed the wipe. I"m not sure what was different than what I did last night but it worked.
Everytime when i open Clockwordmod Recovery to change a rom, every rom suggests to clean cache, clean Dalvik, do back up etc.
First time when i cleaned dalvik it worked.
The time after that, it completely froze on me. Since then, 4 or 5 roms later, i still can't clean my dalvik cache.
Also: After one of the roms, I no longer have the access to the 8th option in Mgldr. It says "invalid boot image sequence" or something along the lines of that, so I have to use the boot ad sd option instead.
Any help please?

You should task 29 before install other ROM
Or, in CWM choose "wipe data factory reset" which wipes all the partitions except system. (Therefore including the dalvik) then flash new rom.

My suggestion is that your read through the forums here as there are several "beginner guides" that will get you started.
After you installed your first custom rom the process proves itself to be easy:
- Flash a stock ROM (2.2 nordic)
- Acquire root using SuperOneClick
- Instal Clockworkmod recovery/2ndInit (I prefer 2ndInit)
- Transfer the nandroid backup (.zip file) to the root of your SD card
- Reboot phone when led turns blue hit volume down
-Wipe data
-Wipe cache
-Wipe Dalvik (It's under advanced)
-Restore -> select update zip from sdcard
- Browse to the nandroid backup file you put on your sdcard in step 4
Done
I had the custom firmware Taboonay 2.2 and decided i wanted to upgrade.
I downloaded it, wiped data, cache, and dalvik, then flashed HC3.2.1 ROOTED-CWM-A500_7.014.02_com_gen2 FULL.
The device would not boot past the Acer screen
Shut off the device and then held down the volume button as i held the power button to get into recovery. My original Taboonay 2.2 file was still on The sd card. Wiped the same things as before then flashed Taboonay 2.2
The device still won't boot past the Acer screen
What else can I try?

Uhmmmm.... try following the install instructions.
1. In CWM Recovery,
2. Wipe Data/factory reset
3. Wipe Cache
4. Wipe/Format System
5. Wipe Dalvak Cache
6. Wipe/Format Flexrom
(note, depending on which version of CWM you have, the "wipe" command may say "format" which is usually located in "Mounts and Storage")
Then install your zip
RTI the next time.

My phone is rooted with the XtreStoLite ROM and I'd like to sell it since I've upgraded to a S6 Edge. I've been googling around for ways to wipe the phone before selling and am a bit confused. If I select all the options in TWRP (System, data, cache, boot, efs) and wipe those, will that also get rid of all my old nandroips and titanium backups?
Thanks for your help!
If you choose to wipe internal and external storage, factory reset, wipe SYSTEM, DATA and CACHE in TWRP (Basically choose everything in the advanced WIPE menu)
That should remove everything
Then use ODIN to flash a stock ROM back to the phone, and return it to factory setup
