[Q] possible to flash retail 10.1 with stock android from IO LE edition?

is this possible?
Has anyone done this?
I hate touchwiz, and will only buy this nice looking tablet if i can get stock android.

Retail 10.1 does not come with touchwiz. It is stock.
It is locked down. It does come with odin functionality, but I wasn't able to get a flash going on it.

now that odins working, will be interesting whether the i/o image can be flashed on these soon to be 10.1 touchwiz tablets

If im not mistaken.. wont the IO Tab get that same TW update?

I'm pretty sure Samsung has said that we will have the option to enable/disable TouchWiz when that update comes.

[Q] Feature request & apex dock question Energy Rom

Hi could anyone who thinks it would be useful ask NRGZ28 to add the Galaxy Tab masquerade to his ROM (http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1528024). I think it would be a good addition that would make it even better, and would not be too time consuming to get it going.
I would ask him myself but the posting rules do not allow it, since I'm new.
And now a totally different question: is it normal that Apex has no dock in the Energy Rom? Or am I missing something?

no dock in apex launcher is a known issue for all ics tablet..

There isn't supposed to be a dock..... it's a tablet!

I thought it was a bug. I'll stick with Go Launcher HD then. Thanks guys.

1. to masquerade the KF as a galaxy tab in NRG rom is a verry good idea.
2.If you use go launcher then you better run cm7 it is more stable and hwa works.
Tablets don´t need a dock bar

On a March 14th post he did mention that the tablet would identify itself as a galaxy tab for more market app compatibility, however I am using the 3/19 release and it still identifies as Kindle Fire, maybe something that did not go through?

[ REQUEST ][I9001] Request for "things" in new ROMS

Hi all,
Since there are more and more ROMs for our beloved device and to prevent spamming about asking every single dev in the forum to add this or that to their ROM. I wanted to make an General topic where GT-I9001 users can ask or even request a mod, tweak, app etc. In a ROM.
Do not forget that the developer of that ROM is completely free to deside wheter he or she should add it or not!
Some basic rules in here:
1) Explain why you want it. Don't come with answers like: "Cuz it's good"
2) Explain on which ROM you want it.
3) If it's a tweak or mod here from XDA post the link to the orignal thread.
4) Explain if it's used on other ROMs aswell and if its working under GB/ICS/JB
5) Do not and I repeat do not ask for ETA's!

I want the s3 lock screen so badly. I used transparent slider on widgetlocker to look like it but its not so good. I want it to be like this http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1742397 or s3 circle lockscreen

Can someone port the Status bar from the I9100? Or I9300? I like it a bit more then the ones we have in ultra gen and remixics
