Try AdFree from the market (needs ROOT), it will disable adds.
If you dont have root yet see http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1055354

Does anyone have a .apk file for the Dolphin HD Adblock add-on? Tried a few places to get it working and just not having any luck with it at all. Thanks.

I saw it on the market back in May of last year when I was setting up my first Android 'phone and thought "great!" Problem is though, it was pulled off the market not long after that, never to be seen - whether by Google or Dolphin, I suppose we'll never know.
I stumbled across this link though, which has the APK of the original blocker. It's not quite as versatile as ABP in that it doesn't support auto-updated community blocking lists. Instead, it has a preconfigured set of keywords and sub-URLs which you can add to or edit.
The first thing to do is add ".admobi.com/" (without the quotes); that one wasn't caught by AdAway (which I recommend you also install).
Are the restrictions based upon:
1) What ROM you have loaded e.g. Europe ROMs yielding European Market apps only
2) Location of the device, e.g. if you're in UK you only get UK Market apps
3) Location of your gmail account?
Besides explaining the above, does anyone know how to get around this?
Secondly, is there a way to "jail break" the Tab, meaning that you can get all possible apps?
Thanks

I was going to respond in full to this post, but then you ask for all apps "for free".
Please re-read the XDA rules on warez and think again before posting.

You need to root your device and install "Market Enabler" to spoof the Market to believing you are in a different region.
There are plenty of rooting guides here, and for "Market Enabler", just google it.

I advice you to use Market Access, which is an updated version of market enabler. One thing that I like of ma compared to me is that you can set it up to automatically run on start up. me has to be run manually every time you reboot your tab. You don't find ma in the market but a google search of "nexus market access" will do the job . It's perfectly working on my tab.

Ok this is question specifically for the A7. I had games and apps before the Dexter mod and they didn't have ads in them. Since I modded the A7 to get google market I am getting ads in every app. These apps are the same apps I had before the Dexter mod, and some of them I did not get from google market (appoke, getjar, and appbrain). What is causing the ads is it google market or the Dexter mod?
Appbrain wouldnt work till after i got the dexter mod.
Does anyone know of a app that will block them? The ads also show up whether I have my wi-fi on or not.
Thanks for the suggestion of the ap to block the adware im getting, but it seems I need to clarify things.
I did not have AD before I did the dexter mod 1.3, but now I have them. The apps I had I did not get from google market and they were ad free. After doing the Dex mod I redownloaded the same aps that I had before from the same place. (appoke and getjar) Now they had ads in them.
Is the dex mod putting ad in the aps or is it because by default having Google market on your device the reason I am getting the ads in all the apps?

Thats just what happens with free apps, they are ad supported. Sometimes they load, sometimes they don't, I see that in games like Angry Birds all the time.
IDK added Dexter modified hosts-files in his MOD, but stock ROM doesn't have any blocking rules. So every ads are there.
To eliminate ads you should use ADFree
https://market.android.com/details?id=com.bigtincan.android.adfree
But it is not good idea cause app-developers would not get extra money and would not have motivation to develop.
I warn you
would love to get better explanation of where ads are coming from.
Is it just default that if you have google market you get ads or is it the dexter mod.
I didnt have ads before i downloaded the dexter mod to get google market. the apps I have are the same ones i had before the dexter mod and they had no ads in them, also I didnt get the aps i had from google market.
thanks for replies and yes i did install the ADfree ap.
yes it works but in some of the aps it blocks ads in it shows a place holder where the AD was, stating it cant load the ad(not in those exact words).

Yeah. It could not enter into app and cut ads inside))
It blocks only common adware links.

Its not Android Market or Dexter. Free apps tend to be ad supported. I find that if the ads bother me, I turn off wifi and of solves the problem except for a few that seem to cache their ads.
Hi,
Did someone tried to modified host file to block ads in TF.
I tried, but for some reason it blocks every website not only ads.
I tried to use http://www.mvps.org/winhelp2002/hosts.txt
I guess the syntax for host file in honeycomb and windows is different.
Anyone know how to make it work?
I tried adfree in market and it does the same thing: block every thing.
thank.
i have adfree and it works just fine.

+1 for AdFree, easier than manually editing the hosts file.
I use Absolute System tools. It has other goodies too.

Does Adfree only block the in-app adbars, or will it work like AdBlock+ and 'fix' webpages in the stock browser, too? I haven't rooted, but this might convince me...
adfree blocks the source of the ad, so depending on where the ads are coming from, they will simply not show.
let's say you have an app that grabs it's ad from www.example.com or 123.345.232.1, and adblock blocks those ips, whenever your app tries to load ads from those place, nothing will happen, and your app will simply think you're offline.
same goes for browser ads. as long as the source is blocked, then the loading of those ads will fail.
I remember seeing somewhere, but now I can not find.
How to enable books in the honeycomb 3.2 market.
I miss them hehe. Does anyone know how? thanks

As far as I know, if your region allows Google Books then the market will show Books automatically...however if you are not in the US, all you will find there are free books.
Search for BooksTablet.apk, install it (it will give an error but you can ignore that) and restart. You should have Books app now.
verizon
I guess I can not turn in market demand for books because my tablet is not the verizon. When I had these options in the market, the firewall was identified as verizon. I tried to install enable market, but only force close. It went about the forum but can not find, there is a topic where the author teaches how to identify the verizon 3.2 by adb. But thank you we'll keep searching.
It is possible to access US Market using US VPN connection and a Google account that has location set to US. No root required.
But if you want to edit build.prop then http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1168508
