Sdcard problems.

Ok my phone sdcard is jacked up Idk what the problem is. And I can't. format it on phone or computer. I just teyd my friends sdcard and that didn't work ether. So I'm lost on what to do.

I would but I rooted mine and I dont think I could do that.

You're absolutely right, my bad. I've heard of some people bricking their phones to where it doesn't turn on and they manage to get it replaced. I really don't know what else to think of. Have done a factory reset?

I would brake it but Idk how many replacements I can get this would be my second repayment. And the factory data reset... I don't really fill like downloading all the apps and really doing the all settings you know.

What ROM are you running? Have you tried backing up and flashing another ROM? I really think you should do the full wipe to see if it helps. I know it sucks having to setup the phone but there's not much else to do. Maybe someone else can help.

LED flash not working.

ive used the "TORCH" app and my mytouch 4g flash is broken.
anyone has a solution for this?!?!?!?

Sounds like you burned the led up. apps like that come with a warning most of the time saying you could break the led. New phone should fix the problem.

Fixed the high phone idle and phone standby for cyan7 Battery life is much improved

Battery life is very much improved. Still testing. Hasn't been 24 hours yet.

A battery calibration did the trick for me. 48 hours moderate usage! Not being used at night times of course. But still, before I was getting just 12 hours

I've installed the most recent radio.img without matching thr ril files which brought down phone idle and cell standby it alson increased my signaling

After that I installed the latest GB kernal from rom manager and have set cpu set to 768 min and 998 max with threshold set to 85% nice set to 1 and powersave bais to 750 with sample rate at 10000

With those configurations it makes the G2 way more responsive to your touch but save way more power bringing android system down

When it gets there it just jumps to 100%

Odin to stock if you are not on stock rom. Or try charging for a few hours while phone is off then wipe batt stats and put questions in the right section! MODS please move.

My phone took a massive hit and now it keeps turning off :-(

This one had never been dropped. Tonight I was pulling it out of my pocket when some douchebag bumped me and it flew across the bar. Amazed the screen didn't crack but it broke my heart.

Bet the battery is missing contact with the points... Try a folded piece of paper between the battery and the cover.
Edited cause I suck at Swype!
