Dear all
I was wondering if it is possible to record audio from inside an app to my SD card. To be more specific: I am using an app called DI FM which streams electronic music online. The music is great and I would like to record it and save it to my SD card. Is there any way to do that?
Thanks in advance.

Just checked and TuneIn Radio Pro finds the Digitally Imported stations and does record them as well. Works great, and at .99 cents it is hard to beat. Thanks for turning me onto those stations.
Thank you guys for your quick responses. I will give them a try.

Anyone experiencing audio sync problems when playing back video. I just purchased my tab and it's driving me crazy. Please let me know if anything has been resolved.

Only syncing issue I've had was due to storing videos on external sd card that was only class 2, fine since storing internally or using a class 4 card.
Never had any problems with any of my videos. And I've tried a lot of different codecs and formats. hope it works out for you, as it's a great videoplayer for on the go use.

Can anyone recommend a good free music streaming solution for the Desire Z? (i.e. to stream music from a PC server). I currently use Squeezebox Server, but I don't think there's a streaming solution for it so I'm looking for an alternative.
are you looking to do this over wifi or via 3G too?
Just wifi would be fine
you could try vlc stream and convert however the free version does not allow playlists. i dont think many free ones do to be honest.
have you used audiogalaxy? free & amazing.
here's the app download, but you need to get it configured on the PC side before installing the app if I remember right.
I stream in "high quality" mode via wwan or wlan without issue several hours a day.
Ive been using Amazon Cloud drive. Got 20 GB of storage.

how is that working? I've heard that there have been some streaming issues over mobile networks with it - is it functioning as it should for you?
Hi, can someone help me out by uploading the apk for the Connected Music Player that comes with Blur? Accidentally uninstalled mine without backing up and I just want it just in case.

If you want the best music player, get PowerAmp. For internet radio, TuneIn.

PowerAmp is ok, but for really good music experience the better is PlayerPro
coming from iOS i was missing the music, but PlayerPro really delivers an unique
experience on its own: lyrics on demand, artist image, album grid (the coverflow locks so awsome but is so useless sometimes) and the best: the widgets of different sizes and even on lockscreen... and all the interfase almost full costum to your likings
i unninstalled the connected music player from my defy+ and oh boy, i really dont miss it, just a tip for people whom really dont use built in fm nor internet radio
i found this apk on google
the apk mentioned above did not work for fm radio...
i got working fm radio here...

Hello... i seem to be having trouble with my music. When i start playing it through the stock player and leave my phone alone to play some tunes... the phone will stop the music after about 3 minutes of playing. I have juice defender running and i set up the music player to continue running after the screen locks... does anyone have any idea what the hell is going on? Thanks for taking the time to help.

Most probably your stock musicplayer is in "auto end list" in task manager app, it autostops the apps in the list at about the time you mentioned. Hope this helps and solves your issue...
I looked at auto end list but it wasnt there. Do you know of any other good music player? I usually use subsonic to connect to my media server at home, it has an option to keep the screen on. but when I'm in the car i like to listen to my tunes without streaming...

The big 3 are:
PlayerPro
PowerAmp
Winamp
Also for regular Internet Radio, I enjoy using Cherry RPlayer...

No problem, I ended up choosing PlayerPro myself a while back out of those Top 3.
BTW, Grab the "DSP Pack" and you can really have some fun with the equalizer settings added on...

Sometimes auto-ending a certain other app also causes the music to stop. I don't remember what it was, but it may have been photo gallery, or some other such media.

I like JetAudio myself, cost is minimal, 10 band eq 20 band for paid version, but good sound none the less.

Sometimes that happens to me just take ur SD card out and put it back in or a reboot of the tab should fix it.

He's just trying to get his post count up. Have you seen the amount of threads he's started lately? The majority of his questions can be answered with a simple Google search...which proves the point that he's only trying to get his post count up.
