New battery for touch pro - Touch Pro, Fuze Accessories

I want to buy new battery fom my device, but what company choose ? Original are to expensive for me.

I purchased an extended battery and the case for it. I will say the battery seems to work just as expected. Other than the fact that it is OEM, there really isn't anything special about it.

Are these really genuine TyTN II batteries?

I'm wanting to get a replacement battery but I don't want to buy a dud. I've noticed a couple of companies selling genuine/orignal batteries and to be fair they do look EXACTLY like the samsunt branded battery that came with my TyTN II. However, on closer inspection, in the top left corner of the pictures the battery doesn't say Samsung. Can't really make out what the brand is.
Anyway, my question is, did anyone get a battery supplied with their TyTN II that was not Samsund branded and looked like the batteries in the following listing?
http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/ws/eBayISAPI....m=170230086920&ssPageName=STRK:MEWA:IT&ih=007
Considering it is from a power seller and the price isn't to low, i would go for it.
That's the exact battery in mine. Mine doesn't say Samsung. It says Dynapak on the top. idk that one deff. seems legit.
Cheers guys. You've been a great help
well you better get batteries from an authorized agent - they could cost you your device. the batteries you shown looks OK but you need to be definite so go to agent and ask for them, you may pay slightly more but you could also save yourself a headache
Mine is Samsung, I never heard of dynapack. I wouldent buy it .
if you look at the top left corner, you will see dynapak. its legit, never gave me problems great battery life too.
Dynapak here as well.

My original battery is a DynaPack. SOmewhere on here is a thread where people posted the models of their original batteries. There might have been 3 or more variations.
Both are oem. Either Samsung or Dynapack will be fine. My original battery was Dynapack. The replacement is Samsung. I had my battery replaced because it was less than a year old and losing capacity. The ATT warranty will replace it for free.
Dynapack here also in my Tilt. Model KAIS160, 1350mAh.
Hi
I would like to buy another battery, but I don't know what parameters I have to figures out in the search. Can someone tell me what characteristic the new battery must have? Do you think that buy a battery of more capacity [like 1600 mAh] could be better? I use a lot the wi-fi and it consume a lot of power...
I saw battery of 1600 mAh costing less than 1350 ones.... Are they sh*t?
Thanks
extended battery with door
You can get non-oem standard 1000+mAh for 23 bucks at
http://www.wirester.com/at-t-8925-htc-kaiser-tytn-ii-li-ion-battery.html
You can also get non-oem extended 2400mAh with door for 35 bucks at wirester as well
http://www.wirester.com/att-tilt-8925-htc-tytn-ii-kaiser-li-ion-extended-battery-with-door.html
I got the extended one. haven't used it though.
Thanks for the reply.
If it is possible I will buy a battery without extend the back-door because if the PDA become thicker I will have some problem to fit in the car holder...
But my question is related to the characteristic. In the Italian ebay I saw a lot of 1350 mAh battery that cost from 6 to 40 € and I don't understand the reason...
I don't know, also, if the battery with more than 1350 mAh are useful, because on of my friends had bought a xlarge battery for his PSP and the time of using is reduced compare to the original...
I'm confused... Can you help me? If someone have bought non original battery can tell me the characteristic and his opinion compare to the original one?
Thanks
My first Tilt had a Samsung in it. The rear speaker failed after a month, so i got an entire boxed replacement at the store and it had a Dynapack in it. Havent had a single complaint with the 2nd unit i got with the Dynapack battery. Heck, i think even the battery life is better with the Dynapack than the Samsung one I had first.
Thanks for your advice. I've found some Dynapack in ebay.it and I think I will buy this.
If I will have more info about I will tell you!
Thanks Bye

The battery of the highest mAh that remain of the same size of the original that I found is 1600 mAh...
Bye
there are only a few differences i can see with it vs mine... with that one, it has a DC##etc under the bar code, i have a S/N: ###etc.
The one i had in mine was a Samsung, model KAIS160, rating 3.7VDC, 1350 mAh, 4.2BDC
Of course, i did buy a used device, but i believe it was the OEM battery...

Battery Issues

Hey guys, i've had my PPC 6800 (bell) for about slightly over a year now.
Recently i've noticed that the battery is dying instantly every time i make a call or access the internet. It can go from 90% down to 6% in a matter of seconds. I've tried differnt firmwares and nothing helps at all. Anyone got any ideas? Is my phone kicking the can..? or is it my battery?
Thanks for the help
I would say it's the battery. I had same thing after about a year too. Mine would go down even if I wasn't using the phone. I thought it was the phone's fault so I called Verizon and they sent me a new phone. But battery acted the same. So I bought another battery. All is fine now!
it could also be a problem with the phone. Does it get really hot during the drain periods. I had on that did and it was just defective.
hmm well it acts normally when i'm just using the GUI (aka just playing games etc), however everytime i access data or call, the battery dies in several minutes. I'm gonna try upgrading the battery i guess, its a shame they're just so expensive
You can get oem ones cheap on ebay. Or even the cheaper chinese ones
Could ya tell me if this battery would be compatable?
http://www.dealextreme.com/details.dx/sku.25024
Or could you recommend any other sites/links to get a cheap batt from?
thanks again
It would work and it is the same as the cheap extended ones on ebay. The battery is of great quality but it should last. I look at the cheap ones this way. I can buy at least 3 of them for the price of a name brand one. This allows me to buy them if they fail cheap.

Extended Battery - Need advice

Hi guyz
I need your suggestion in buying an extended battery for my tilt, since I have been able to acquire one. I am a heavy user of pocket pc so may require a high capacity battery. Do you have any suggestions? I dont want a spurious product which could damage the phone. I got few ones on ebay, can you plz help me, here are few offers I found on ebay

any help would be extremely nice.

Bump...I am looking for some suggestions.
I'd go for first link as using a 2700 purchased about 9 months ago well lasts about 2 days with me using wi-fi HSDPA etc
Here is a picture to show my battery as only way i could compare was by image.
The only prob i have had is the GPS gromit thing always fell off so now leave it off...
Thanks Luke, indeed very helpful, LOL I should have asked you otherwise. I forget you keeping so much on kaiser. BTW what is the daily use, I mean I want to use it as walkman, how much is the weightage of this use would be great.
Happy diwali to you & all back home. Stay blessed, have fun. Cheers
That's cool Sunny,
I use as .mp3 player, Wi-Fi "minimal", HSDPA and get average 2 days has lasted longer but just depends on how much i can leave it sat without play
Extended battery only adds another 1cm to base to which is really not noticable as Kasier already a brick
Happy diwali to you & yours
Peace.
Hello, I tried an extended battery bought on Ebay. It's great. It changed my life I can use my phone for a whole day without worrying about battery. The phone became very thick and heavy but tranquillity worth it.
Don't worry about damaging your phone. The main risk is that battery won't last as long as expected. Very few of them don't have integrated control chip but most of batteries works as well as original one. I bought 5 batteries on Ebay for different products and received bad battery only once: it lasted 3 times less than expected.
If you want to maximize your chances of getting good product, check seller rating and comments.
Thanks for your views Arpax, really appreciated, but could you plz point me towards the product which satisfy you, I would not like to send that back in case of any defect. Kindly suggest me something specific, let me know about above links as well.
One option to consider is to have two batteries-I always keep one in and one extra charged in my bag. That way I know I always have 2+ days worth of battery life with me with no need for an extra-fat phone or questionable battery.

is this battery fake????? (picture attatched)

hey guyz
i bought this battery from ebay with 2600 mah
is it fake???
and if it isn't how could i calibrate it (am using android from nand)
sorry for my bad english
I wouldn't know if it really has 2600 mAh of capacity,
but you can calibrate it with the battery calibration app, just follow the directions in the app.
Then use your phone and see if it's an improvement over your regular battery!
It shouldn't be fake. I've seen other posts with these batteries. I do not know how well they work or anything, but its real.
fake as fake can be...
there are many fake batteries on the market, fake meaning not OEM, meaning not checked by HTC -this does not mean that they don't work, just that there is no official support for them.
one thing though - that looks like a massive battery to attach to a sleek hd2, it doesn't look like it would be comfortable to carry around or even hold!!!
in general don't worry about using non OEM parts, they work as well and sometimes better than the originals, plus most are made in the same factory as the "real" one.
Don't Buy It!!!!
It works but it sucks,
I have 3, two are OEM, original by HTC
the other was cheaper but sucks,
If you charge it and leave it say by 2 days with out being used, it just doesn't work, I have to put it to charge for it to like "wake up it up" and then it works.
My HD2 usb port is broken, so I use a independent battery charger...

Help I needed battery for my phone

I needed battery but any other phone battery that are compatible for this phone
I anyone can give me list of compatible battery i will very thankful to her
It can be any type like low mah battery or more than high mah battery ,or it can be small size from original battery ( note - check wheather the point of battery must be same )
Thank you in Advance
I don't know your phone but I've been in similar situation in the past.
The best is probably to google your phone name with the word "battery" and see if you can find any trustworthy seller selling compatible or original battery for your phone.
What is a "trustworthy" seller varies from country to country depending of the trade laws so I cannot really suggest you one (ie: if I buy to a shop in my own country I am sure I can get refund if the battery doesn't work. Not so easy on international...).
Usually people go on *maz0n or other huge market. There check the rating, especially the worst ones. Check the number of rating too: the more the better.
Another option would be to buy a new phone...
Cannot help much...
Good luck anyway.
Well thanks you as its old now but will take one and last battery for this phone after if that battery get swallen then i will throw this phone

I really hope you are not using this as your main phone and are just using it for fun like me, this phone is not recommended anymore for general purpose.
